Special Abilities: These small capsules, about an inch and a half in diameter, are completely hollow and have several holes in the surface. They are made of a brittle metal which does not crumple like aluminum but rather crumbles and almost shatters when a direct amount of force is applied to it. Its metallic make up allows it to form an electrical current within the shell itself, allowing the user to pump lightning into the center of it which is then sustained by the current along the edges and held in place with in the capsule. It will remain as such until the capsule is broken in which case the electrical current around the edges and within will discharge. It is typically dont by the user creating lighting with chakra and then focusing the lightning into the container. To be filled, a D rank, (3CP), of this lightning must be created then focused into the capsule.

There is one small problem with this, the principles of electricity wouldn't allow this to happen. The balls would form a situation called "Faraday's Cage" All the lightning would go on the outside, and refuse to go into the middle. It's the same concept which saves us from death by Tesla Coil Razz

All is not lost, however, you just have to make them a little more complex.They would need to be coated in an insulator, and have an entry point with a removable rubber stopper. You'd pump the lightning in, stopper it, and the insulator on the outside would prevent it from forming a Faradayian Cage.
