Description: The user performs the hand signs for this jutsu and touches the ground. Two hands shoot out of the ground and aim for the target's upper body, usually the wrists. Two more hands shoot out of the ground and aim for the target's lower body, usually the ankles. These hands move at 1m/3s and are open hands until they reach the target in which case they would close and plummet back to the earth to attempt to hold the target in place. A seal or a strong user could break this, as well as anyone else who helps the target. Each hand can be dodged individually, though one or two hands can grab and hold a target. These hands move towards the target, and can only make one directional turn.
