-The Gurentai necklace. How this is worded, it appears that this would link up more along the lines of a fuuinjutsu seal. I say this because how the necklace is linked with the users chakra systems and the only few things are able to do that are particular weapons of high rank or curse seals. I would have to say next that if this is item is C-rank, it should give a C-rank amount of chakra. The amount given here is closer to B-rank.

-I'm just letting you know that those in the group who do not have fuuinjutsu would not be able to fully harness this ability because of said ability due to the ranking of said group.
