The day in the life the leading genin. A genin who is entrusted with many lives of the village and being responsible for Konohas next generation. This was a big job for any genin, every generation has one. Midara just so happened to be this generation's. He was only thirteen and he already had his own section of Konoha. Gurentai...Gang of the Young. Midara created this all by himself. A gang of the young generation, to bond together, to be strong together, to teach and lead together. These were the people who were going to be strong, these are the people who are going to make a huge impact on the village somehow.

We,Gurentai, are the ones who will take care of the ones who birthed us, who loved us. While we guide the path for our young. Midara was proud of himself, he was making The Leaf Village proud. No one has ever done anything like this, he is a prodigy child. Good things call to him, but he didn't just sit around. He worked and he worked hard. This didn't only help him, didn't only help the village but it also helped the shinobi who weren't sprinting to the finish line on that last lap, or who weren't wearing their headband high and proud and those weren't doing those extra set of push-ups. He was already inspiring people, and helping people be motivated. He just had no idea how well he has done for himself so far.

The boy always wore his Gurentai outfit, to remember who he was, where he came from and what he is fighting for. To show anyone why he breathes and smiles. He had his ANBU armor on, with his ninja pouches, one on each kidney of his body and one on his tailbone. He had his Gurentai issued tanto on his right thigh, his trusty sidekick never failed him. His black shiny hair shot all the way down to his tailbone, and his eyes just as black as his hair. He started to get bags under his eyes from working so hard and not sleeping. All of his was covered though, covered in a white cloak. The cloak had sleeves and a hood. It went down to his ankles as his shinobi sandals shown. His ninja headband polished on his forehead as he wore it proudly.

He always liked to just watch the villagers and the best way to go was the Hokage Mountain, it had such a beautiful view, from the marvelous people to the amazing scenery. Midara stood tall on top of the heads, watching over the village as if he owned it. His face will be on that mountain one day. He has alot to fight for and he already isn't the toughest genin out there. There must be someone stronger, someone to push him to be even stronger than anyone else. The boy looked down as he saw a girl started to run towards the heads. She seemed very energetic and enthusiastic, he figured he could at least go talk to the girl. Taking off his cloak and leaving it on the Hokages head, no one will steal it because no one else comes up here.

Midara quickly jumped down the side of the right mountain, he jumped from edge to edge rather quickly. His body moved swiftly in his uniform. Once reaching the ground he slowly started to walk towards the girl from her right side. "Hello...I am Uchiha Midara" He said with a bright smile as he waved and started to walk closer in his ANBU uniform. The uniform might give an intimidating look but his smile evened it all out.

Midara received a rather shocking response. He could see it in the way the girl jumped back and as her eyes widen, she seemed startled. Living in Konoha, everyone knew it was a safe place. No one was ever going to be hurt here, which is why paranoia was kicked away as soon as it arose. Everyone knew they weren't ever in real danger. As Midara looked down to the girl, he noticed her face. It would be attracted to most people, but Midara wasn't very attracted to anyone yet. He was to busy focusing on being a shinobi, training and leading. There was no time for drama and being in a real relationship or checking out girls. The young genin felt like this was casuing a great distraction within the shinobi new generation.

As the girl finally responded with a hello, Midara went to bow in respect. Mid way as he was bringing his head down, he noticed a reflection on her left arm. 'A forehead protector?' Midara thought in his head, that was the only thing that came to mind that would make a reflection in the sun like that. After quickly finishing his bow he then looked up "Pleased to meet you Ayame". The boy said to the girl. Then was getting bombarded by questions from the girl. This happens a couple times to the boy, but most people understand why.

The boy chucked to himself softly as the girl told Midara what he was wearing. Then she went on to the real point. It was nice that she said the first part though. Midara then brought down his upper arm so Ayame-chan could see it. "Nothing" The boy went back to his original position. He was sort of surprised that she didn't know what it was, assuming she was a genin too. From the reflection that Midara saw.

"Gurentai" Midara simply said as he looked down to her. "Gurentai is a genin organization that have bonded together to lead the new generation of Konoha one day. For now we train, do missions and police." Midara then pointed to the Hokage Mountain. Someone from our group will one day be on that statue. "Midara's cloak stayed there as if a reserved spot. "I think we have one spot left...If you can prove useful." Midara said with a grin.

Midara was happy to see the girl excited about what he has to offer. It was a good thing that he was the leader but he does not like wearing a badge to prove it. He feels like everyone in Gurentai is equal, at least he tries for them to be as equal as possible. Of course Midara does most of the stuff for Gurentai himself,but he always wants the opinion of his members. That is why they were are all equal. They all have a voice, and during missions all wear the same outfit. Like anyone who was joining something, Ayame had questions which needed to be answered. Midara as heard all sorts of questions and these were very common for him now.

"I am Uchiha Midara. I play a very important role of Gurentai. As I am the leader of Gurentai, I made it myself" The young leader said as he put his right hand on his waist and let his left one dangle. "Right now we are recruiting only the best so we have limited numbers...I can't give you an exact number but think of us as a exclusive group. We only want the best" The boy chucked a little.

The boy was a bit insulted by the following question, but it made sense to ask. "I made this solely to benefit the village. So of course, no pranksters." He said with a smile as he pointed his index to the sky. Then the favorite question of Midara's came last. The way to prove useful. Midara brought his hands together in a clap. "Well, we do police work. SO first off. I want you to police the streets of Konoha."

Midara then looked down towards the city streets and his left arm gave a motion of showing something off, as his wrist flicked towards the village to show how massive it was. " Make sure nothing bad happens and stop all crime... It might be a fun night tonight." Midara said with a hint of foreshadow, then he started to jump away. "Once you are done, seek me out" he said jumping away. There was no point in chasing him, he was one of the fastest genin in Konoha.
