Description: The user must have their crystal lance or crystal needles active before forming this jutsu. Then perform hand signs to fire their lance or needles from their wrist towards their target. The fly fast and aren't easy to dodge, but anyone who is evasive can easily dodge them.

Description: The user performs two handed hand signs to perform this jutsu. It creates a wind barrier 2m around the target regardless of the target's size, and the barrier protects from incoming attacks. Inside this barrier there is a cooling mist of water that heals wounds. The wounds healed are based on rank.

Since this is a combination technique of two elemental jutsu into one and channeling eijutsu chakra into the mist, this technique needs to be B-rank 'at least'. Not only that, but mist techniques are now exclusive to user's with the Suiton Mastery special characteristic.
