| I'm sure it has already been asked and I simply missed the topic, but are characters allowed to transplant Doujutsu or other eye-based kekkei genkai? I didn't see anything in the rules about it, therefore I am forced to ask.
Also, is it possible for you character to "Discover" a dormant Bloodline if it isn't on their character app? Allow me to elaborate; Say I make a clan after my character is approved, can I then in some fashion add it to them? Maybe even via character update after training? I only ask because I forgot to add my clan in before getting it approved. If not that is fine, I simply wish to know.

| That's a good question. Here's what I think:
Shinobi having transplants are considered pretty realistic (IRL, people have eye transplants all the time). Kekkei genkai cannot be taught to others, but it can be given to others. Doujutsu is a kekkei genkai that is isolated to a single organ (the eyes). I'm sure you've heard of the transfer of the Sharingan eyes, and so yes, any Doujutsu should be transferable (according to the laws of the Naruverse).
As for your second question, absolutely. A character may not have known that s/he had bloodline abilities. However, if you just forgot to put it on your app, I think you'd have to take it up with a creation mod. |

| To my opinion, i think it shouldn't be allowed. If someone wants a clan in my opinion that is the first thing you want to get approved before you even try to make the character since the character wouldnt be approved if the clan is still being revised. In my opinion the only way you would be allowed to somehow learn youre from a clan in rp is if the clan have been previously approved and in your character, and for some reason you didnt know you had it. You know for a more interesting story maybe? |

| Sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Contact my character [INRP] if you ever need a Transplant.
Also sounds perfectly reasonable and allows for an interesting mode of role playing. |

| In response to what I've seen in the replies, I believe my answers are as so: Transplants- Legal and possible. Discovery of Clan after CC - x1 Creation Mod says no, others say yes.
Perhaps we should get others involved for a vote (Meaning Only Admins, Mods, etc...)? Or, if .Jace as a Creation Mod himself, simply thinks its unfair and basically against common sense, I could just drop it. I just need a straight answer, and I hope that doesn't inconvenience anybody anymore then it already has.
Also, in response to Silver: Your offer is appreciated, but what does it mean? Is your character a medic, and therefore you can help me with the "Installation" of the Doujutsu? And that in itself raises another question. If it is allowed, would I then have to kill and Uchiha to get a Sharingan Eye? Or Defeat a Hyuuga for a Byakugan? Sorry for raising even more qestions, I just want to be absolutely sure on how this works. |

| Hopefully, a new system will be introduced to the forum shortly. As for now, all doujutsu transplants are forbidden on the forum.
