I notice that many have a side bar banner aftery they post that has a forehead protector with rank and stuff. How does one get one of those?

You mean a rank image, you should be granted one when you're approved. Clearly whoever approved you forgot to tell an administrator that you needed a rank image too, so I'll give you one. Smile
