The Adventure: Life or Death?

It was his first time being out side of the village, or at least while being a ninja. He saw things in a different light being who he is now. Back when he was littler and wondered around, he didn’t have a worry in the world, but now he knows what lurks and what can happen out there. Though he has never experienced any of the rumors that had spread, the thought stayed in the back of his mind. This adventure started this day at the village gates. There were many people walking about like there was no care in the world, they flow in and out of the village. It kind of irked the boy that they were so happy and joyous. To further prevent things from bothering him further, he rode off into the surrounding forest on his turtle, kame. The boy liked his turtle, and liked how it was big enough to ride, though traveling was fairly slow but who needed to travel fast for a relaxing walk? ”Man... this is way better than just sitting around the village and doing nothing.” He thought.

”Kame, while we are out, lets have an adventure!”

He said aloud and raised his arms up. There was a path off the main road for him and kame to travel along. It was just big enough for the turtle to get through the trees. It was unlikely that kame really understood him, but the tone sounded happy, so the animal seemed like that too. Eventually after traveling for a good amount of time to pass, there was a nice small clearing with a lot of grass and shade for the two to relax. The clouds above gave a small amount of shade, but most of it came from the tree. The two found a spot near a big tree, Kazuu went and laid against it and kame moved along with him but started to eat grass once they stopped walking.

”Eat up Kame.”

He spoke and patted the shell. His eyes then shut closed for a small nap, his hands went up and rested behind his head. Overall, he was stretched out sleeping with a small smile on his face. His thoughts slowly passing from how nice it was to other non-related things, nothing escaped his mind for now. The adventure he mentioned earlier was taking a slow start, but once he wakes up, it could take a turn for the faster.

Madrox flew across the sky on the back of Sintayo. The clouds were puffy and white, and floating around the sky slowly. The trees whipped under Madrox as Sin flew faster. Sin squawked as they flew. "You hungry Sin? Or do you see something? Swoop in on it, let's find out." Sin dove weaving through an open patch in the field. He swooped down and Madrox dropped off his back and rolled along the grass as Sin grabbed a large turtle and flew off. Madrox looked around the tree and he saw a man sleeping. Madrox ran forward and slammed his fangs into the mans neck. His memories were blank with just that of sitting around doing nothing. Spending time with the same turtle that sintayo took off with to make a snack out of.

The man was carefree, and loved his turtle. He also felt that animals were better than humans. It made madrox chuckle because the man now lost his turtle. Animals were friendlier and more loyal. Apparently not all animals were friendlier. He took his orders as they came. How frivolous. He enjoys hanging out with this turtle. Well, he did. He was sop full of hate, why was he a village ninja? He would protect if necessary, but if not, he wouldn't care at all. Madrox reared back and grunted a bit making noise that would wake the bleeding boy. Sintayo flew off with the turtle in it's might claws trying to peck at it's head through the shell. It flew over some rocks and circled getting ready to drop it.

The day was being rather nice, nothing going on and nothing to worry about. He could feel small gusts of cooling breezes clash against him and then flow over him and be on its way. His mind was still wondering when some sharp pain shot through his neck. It took a second but he finally awoke to some guy with his teeth stuck in his neck succulent neck. Kazuu hadn't felt anything like this before, the pain was rather intense, but there was something that seemed pointless in this action. After being released from the bite, he quickly gripped his neck and quickly grew a angered and “wtf” type look. It didnt take long for the boy to also notice his turtle missing ”Where... Kame where the hell is kame!” he thought and looked up to the man in front of him.

”What did you do to kame? WHERE IS HE?!?!”

Kazuu yelled angrily. The turtle was his friend and he loved him, if that turtle was gone, the boy didnt know what he would do. There was a slight growl under his words, the anger was seeping out at this point. He had to wait for an answer, if not there was a higher chance that he would never see the turtle again. ”The bastard better tell me...” He thought, but the anger was building and he couldnt hold the anger in for long, even if he were to die, its the principle behind it.

Madrox shurgged. "Right now my feathery friend is probably about to drop it over a rock to crack it open for a nice snack. Why?" He smirked a toothy grin and watched the boy. He rose to his feet and stood there, right next to the boy. He didn't look like he was prepared to fight, but anyone who knew him, could tell he was already prepared. He took a step back, "Why, what are you going to do about it? Your turtle will taste real good in Sin's stomach." He grinned a very mischievous grin.

He ran different scenarios through his mind. The man could jump up and come in swinging in which case Madrox would have to rely on taijutsu, if the man used a ninjutsu, madrox would have to return the pain to him, If the man used genjutsu, madrox would have to activate his doujutsu. There were many different options, and they all allowed for optimum performance in his current situation.

A snack, his turtle was destined to be a snack for some crappy flying animal? This only served to anger the kid more. His teeth grinned together, the fists clinched shut, and the very thought of kame becoming food just upset him even further. The breeze had all but stopped; it’s like nature could feel the situation that was going on between the two. The only thing left to do was attack, now that kame is gone or out of his grasp. How should the boy attack? Just being some lowly genin, he doesn’t know much about fighting or anything so it’s probably going to be all punches and kicks.

”You… you cruel bastard.”

He said and returned to glaring at the man. The tone was unforgiving and the volume low. It was time to make or break his pride as a person. He ran forward with a fist out, when close enough he lunged forward with the fist extending itself out to hit him in the face. The only thing now was his reaction, how will the man handle this? There could be millions of options the man has to attack, kazuu would never know.

Madrox dropped himself backwards landing on his hands, and launched himself feet first with all his might at the boy. When he landed on his feet he dipped low and spun a low kick towards the boy, rising back up with a high kick aimed for his head. He dropped backwards and performed a bridge progression to a back walkover and then shot underneath the boy, and attempted to kick him into the air. He would shadow him up, feint an attack, and then hit him. He would send him to the ground and fly down landing a kick right into his chest.

He would smirk, "You don't even know the half of it boy." He chuckled and rushed back towards him dropping to his hands and performing numerous windmill kicks, leaping kicks, and a few punches, and even dropping back into the windmill kick position. He wasn't going to let up for even just a minute as he relentlessly charged the boy throwing attacks from all angles at him.

On his way forward, he was met with the bottoms of the mans shoes. Kazuu felt his face muscles harden to try and defend against the attack, but little good did it do. The opponent surely had greater power and the attack proved it. As if it wasn't enough that his attack didn't even hit or that he was kicked in the face, but it seemed the opponent wasn't done. A kick came from below and hit his feet, it didn't hurt all too bad, but it was like there was nothing he could do. With that last kick to his feet, he started to spin to the side. The kick to his face from before really messed him up a little, now not only was he still some what bleeding but his nose decided to bleed now too. With all of the trauma that he has absorbed in such a small amount of time, his brain was a little overloaded.

"Ugh...."

He groaned as he looked around. Everything that he could see was seeming as if it were slowed, as if time itself was being effected. With that, there was another attack by the aggressive person. A high kick that was aimed for his head. The boy would like to dodge, block or anything but his mind was just scattered. So with this new high kick, kazuu was slammed with a foot to the side of his face. This kick was it, the one that did the kid in. Now it wasn't a death shot, but it knocked him out cold. Everything else from here out was all just brutal beating of some unconscious pre-teen genin. Some might think this beating so far was nothing and they wouldn't have been so defenseless, but he was pretty much just out of the academy, didnt have much physical experience to handle all this. After these last couple hits, the man just did some random punches, kicks and other maneuvers.

Madrox walked over to the limp and unconscious body and activated his doujutsu. The man's life force was still there, he wasn't quite dead. He lifted the man from the ground. He smirked and slammed his fangs into the man's neck and drank as much as he could. He dropped him to the ground and kicked the side of the man's head causing a slight crack in his skull and breaking his neck. Madrox punched the man in the throat causing the adam's apple to sink in. He watched as the man's life force faded to nothing. He deactivated his doujutsu and Sintayo flew down before him. He smiled at Sin, "Did you have a good lunch? I know I did." He smirked and hopped on Sin's back. He flew off into the wilderness, and left the man's body lying there.
