  • Hinoko is exactly 5’7 and weighs 136 lbs. She has brown-black hair and it’s pulled into a spiked ponytail at the back of her nap. A few strands of her bangs dangle on both sides of her cheeks. She appears rather pale, almost translucent. Hinoko has a 4 inch braid starting from the side of her ear, to the base of her neck; this symbolizes womanhood.

    Her attire is complicated but not intricate. A red-hued mask of double layered fishnet covers the lower half of her face; she usually wears a look of melancholy or a frown. She also has a scarf attached to her mask, also of a reddish-hue. She has a thin mail shirt, covered with gray cloth and piping making it looks like a corset.

    Hinoko also has a dark purple pair of thigh high shorts. She also has a pair of shoulder high sleeve like wear, with metal plating on the forearms and back-hands. Hinoko has a ration pack and pouch for coins or other odd baubles. She has two knee high open toed boots with her village symbol attached to it just under her knee in a sewing pattern.

    A scar can be located along the spine of her back from an incident of youth. It healed easily, but it left leopard like splotches all down her back. She also has her village symbol tattooed into her ankle on the left foot. Hinoko’s canines are also unusually large and can be mistaken as dog’s fangs. She has a slim body, and her face has a heart shape. Her body has a few curves; Her waist being 27 inches, her hips 32 and her bust is 37.

    Hinoko’s hands have been callused and scarred from heavy work such as training, farming, and black-smithing. Aside from her work-worn hands, they are very nimble and can weave or stitch anything within seconds. She usually wears a blue ring around her left middle finger. Hinoko usually stores extra energy in this ring for further use. There isn’t much special about the rest of her body other than her eyes and back. Her eyes usually change slightly with her mood. One minute they can be a solemn dull blue, then next minute deep green with contentedness.

    Hinoko’s muscles are double jointed and she can spring and bend backwards (Or forwards) to the extreme, this makes her foot work better and her ability to dodge slightly better than normal. Her skin has a soft complexion the opposite of her expression on her face. Her skin is also thick and not penetrated easily. The skin is usually white or pale, and doesn’t have much color, even after sitting in the sun for a long time. Hinoko’s eyes are an almond shape, and her pupils are usually dilated to better see in the dark or shaded areas.

    Hinoko also has slightly pointed ears, and several piercings along the sides of them. She also has a tongue piercing with the bulb of a sparrow. Her cheeks are slightly round, giving her a kitten like look. Her chin has only a small cleft, and her eye brows are usually arched and thin without having to pluck them. Hinoko has about 20 freckles on the bridge of her nose, and upper cheeks. Her diaphragm and chest are usually extended because her lungs are larger than a normal person. Her running speed is slightly below normal, but she can run longer than a mile, without becoming tired.

  • Hinoko’s primary mode of living is focused internally, where she can take things in via her five senses in a literal, concrete fashion. Her secondary mode is external, where she deals with things rationally and logically. Hinoko is a quiet and reserved individual, and is most comfortable in security and peaceful living. She has a strongly-felt internal sense of duty, which lends her a serious air and the motivation to follow through on tasks. Organized and methodical in her approach, Hinoko can generally succeed at any task which she might undertake.

    Hinoko is also very loyal, faithful, and dependable. She places great importance on honesty and integrity. She is normally a "good citizen" who can be depended on to do the right thing for her own family or other families and communities. While Hinoko generally take things very seriously, she also usually has an offbeat sense of humor, especially around family or close friends

    Hinoko usually tends to believe in laws and traditions, and expect the same from others. She’s not comfortable with breaking laws or going against the rules. If Hinoko is able to see a good reason for stepping outside of the established mode of doing things, her personality will support that effort. However, Hinoko more often than not, tends to believe that things should be done according to procedures and plans. If Hinoko has not developed her Intuitive side sufficiently, she may become overly obsessed with structure, and insist on doing everything "by the book".

    Hinoko is extremely dependable on following through with things which she has promised. Since she has such a strong sense of duty, she may have a difficult time saying "no" when she is given more work than she can reasonably handle. For this reason she often works long hours and can be taken advantage of a lot.

    She will work for long periods of time and put tremendous amounts of energy into doing any task which she may see as important to fulfilling a goal. However, she will resist putting energy into things which does not make sense to her, or for which she can't see a practical application. Hinoko prefers to work alone, but works well in teams when the situation demands it. She likes to be accountable for their actions and enjoy being in positions of authority.

    She has little use for theory or abstract thinking, unless the practical application is clear. She also has tremendous respect for facts. Hinoko holds a large store of facts within herself, which she has roped in through out her life. She may have difficulty understanding a theory or idea which may be odd from her own perspective. However, if she has shown the value or relevance of the idea to someone who she respects/cares about, the idea becomes a fact, which the Hinoko will remember/support. Once she supports an idea, she will stop at no lengths to ensure that she is performing her duty of support where support is needed.

    Hinoko is not usually in tune with her own feelings and the feelings of others. She may have difficulty picking up on emotional needs immediately, when they presented. Being a perfectionist, she has a tendency to take other people's efforts for granted, like she takes her own efforts for granted. She might need a compliment from people once in a while.

    Hinoko is unsure about expressing affection and emotion to others. However, her strong sense of duty and the ability to see what needs to be done in any situation usually allows her to overcome her natural reservations, and she is usually busy supporting and caring individuals with the people that she loves. Once Hinoko realized the emotional needs of those who are close to her, which does take quite a long time, she puts forth an effort to meet their needs.

    Hinoko is very loyal., traditional and family-minded. She will put forth great amounts of effort at making her home and family run smoothly. She is usually a good provider to her family. Hinoko cares deeply about those close to her, though she usually is not comfortable with expressing her love. She will likely express her affections through action rather than words.

    Appearance: A simple black katana, with gold-colored plating along the blade and handle. The Kanji for Lightning is inscribed in the hilt, along with her family name, and a lightning bolt design going vertically along the blade-edge. Sparkles in an odd way when the sun shines on the lightning bolt. Hinoko has often used it to blind foes and flee, because the blade is extremely reflective.
    Origin: With the help of her Grand father and Father, this is the first weapon that Hinoko ever made. The katana was made when Hinoko was about 13, the same year she started practicing Kendo. Though the plating and inscribing of the family name was added a few months after the creation. Hinoko is still doing some finishing touches on her katana, such as the lightning patterns and weaving on the hilt.

    Appearance: Literally, as referring to the name, Hinoko’s newly acquired pocket knife actually shimmers with multiple colors, a bit like a hologram baseball card. Multiple levels of heat and metals gave the knife its special colors. Because of the many levels of metal, it does chip easily, but overall it’s very hardy and sharp. It would be easy to cut through a finger with this knife. However, Hinoko only uses it for emergencies. The hilt of the knife is 4 inches, enough for her hand to fit comfortably, and the blade is 7 inches, an average combat knife length.
    Origin: Since how her family was proficient in black-smithing and weapons, Hinoko is adept in the art of Weapon smithing. She made this blade herself, meaning to make a normal silver bladed weapon. However, because of a shortage of copper for the edge of the blade, she had to use multiple different metals. Each metal has different weights and volumes, which require different heating structures. The results came out with a rather pretty looking blade, that had multiple colors, and metals embedded into the blade and hilt.

    Appearance: Hinoko's frying pan is made of reinforced steel, with a silver lining on the bottom plate. The finish is black, and shiny with various specks of diamond inside the metal. Has a red handle and Hinoko's clan insignia on the inside of the pan.
    Origin: Hinoko's mother Mari gave this to her for a fourteenth birthday present. Her mother was hoping she would see the meaning, and Hinoko would use it for cooking and such. But Hinoko found its uses somewhat broader, and decided to use it as a blunt weapon or a projectile. Its more effective when in the hands of a Kenjutsu user.

    Appearance: A small heart shaped pebble that Hinoko found while scanning the beach near the lake for skipping rocks. The color was blue and green, and had small Zirconium bits inside the stone, making it sparkle in the sun.
    Origin: On a lovely day, with the sun low, Hinoko crouched down, and low and behold...she found a nice little heart shaped pebble, and decided to adopt the little thing and call it Charlotte. They have been happy ever since an hour ago, when Hinoko first found it on the beach.

-At least a paragraph for Combat style. That is to say, what makes your style unique. Is she a tank-type of character or an agile type character. What else she incorporates into the style, etc.

All your canon jutsu are incorrect, they need to be the ones displayed in the Encyclopedia which can be found HERE These are for your benefit and are compulsory to use to ensure all Canon techniques are the same when it comes to the description and the chakra cost. Please make the necessary changes.

Your items pose problems, for one you state you gain +4 strength. We do those kind of statistics in percentages and they're usually only in a effect which jutsu or special characteristics meaning this item poses a problem. I'd suggest removing this item completely.

As for your Ninja Package, the Anti Poison should be removed.

After these notes have been acknowledged I will review the jutsu you have replaced to make sure they are all approvable. This application is nice and simple, I sense a swift approval in your immediate future. Wink

1. Fix all elemtal jutsu that are placed as D rank. Elemental jutsu are C rank and higher.

2. You also have weaponry techniques. Please take those out. As you have Kenjutsu and Ninjutsu as your specialties. I think the only one that could stay would be the String Reeling Technique as it is a basic academy jutsu.

3. More explanation on all the Raiton jutsu you have put as D rank that should b C rank. In most cases you only have about a single line of explanation for them.

After that. It should be approved.

- Not all elemental jutsu are C-rank. I believe that is an Ingoo rule not one for here. But, easy mistake ^^. So, the specific edits on certain ranks can be changed accordingly back. Are these elemental jutsu taken from the encyclopedia? because we have them all listed there and in their right template.

None of the elemental jutsu are from your encyclopedia. I got them from another Naru-pedia.

And I already changed all the jutsu to C DX URGH... I knew something was weird about that request yo'....

Theres only two C rank Raiton. What the hell? Thats incredibly unfair! I can only use two elemental jutsu because thats all your stupid encyclopedia has? Im not changing my app just to add ONLY 2 Jutsu.

This stupid application can sit here and rot for all I care. Thats extremely uncool and gives me a disadvantage against other people, who have more jutsu on the list.

They are definably not. The encyclopedia is to help members with jutsu, not limit them. Amaya is perfectly fine and should be able to display her own custom jutsu if its acceptable.

In any event, her application looks fine.

And she has my approval.
