Midara wanted to become even stronger just in cause anything would happen. He knew that sometimes he was going to have to retreat so he was going to need to have something that he can use so he can retreat quickly and fast. Midara has a simple plan for this. There is a fuuinjutsu called Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu. This allows Midara to set a scroll down and be able to summon himself at the scroll whenever he wanted. Midara was particularly good at fuuinjutsu and using the actual seals. He could get that in no time, he hardest part was setting so many scrolls around. Midara pulled out a book from his shelf in his office. He took the book and sat down at his desk. Midara opened the book and found the Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu. There was an image of the seal itself, which was the most important part of fuuinjutsu.

Grabbing a brush, dipping it into an ink cup Midara started to carefully copy the seal. The genin was good enough to do this himself and just near about perfectly every time. He never messed up drastically, this was pretty much the only thing he excelled at. After successfully copying the seal 5 times, one seal per scroll. He needed to train it and make sure they actually worked, most likely they would. Midara took three scrolls with him and left one of the floor of his office and the other on top of his desk, he walked outside and shut the door,locking it. Midara would have to successfully chose from the two scrolls in his office. "Gyaku Kuchiyose no Jutsu " He summoned himself on the floor of his office. Perfect. Midara grabbed one of the remaining scrolls, leaving one in his office. He left with the four other scrolls in his pouch.

He also wanted to continue on his fuuinjutsu. To him, Fuuinjutsu made life so much easier and simple. Midara placed his charka into a seal. The seal had a mold in it so that the charka wouldn't escape until something caused it to. So once the tag is used charka will expand out of the tag, this can be useful. Midara also placed several senbons in there, about 20. Kunai could also do the job here. So none the less, Midara knew he was holding something dangerous, if he were to accidentally activate the tag, senbons would go flying everywhere. So in order to prevent that, Midara would make this activate by itself. By inserting more charka, the charka is able to sense anyone elses charka. So once someone come into the proximity of the it will blow up and shoot senbon, for this case. Simple, Midara's engineering skills proved useful for this challenge as he set a tag down on the floor. He then inserted charka into a ball and threw it at the tag, the tag finding the charka and causing an explosion. Good thing Midara was hiding behind a tree. Midara then started to prepare more for a later use.

The training genin also thought it be nice to have increase of his ninjutsu. He would go into the forest of his headquarters and start there. Midara wanted to learn a technique that could paralyze his opponent, he already has one but the more the better. Midara went up a tree so he can hide from the wild life and attack it. This jutsu is all about being stealthy. Waiting for a deer to pass by, he luckily found one really quickly. It stood still by itself just grazing around, Midara felt bad but it was going to be over soon and Midara would protect it if attacked. The boy in the tree brought his hands up and started to create a string of headseals, then the deer froze still. A smile grew on the boys face as he was happy that he learned this new jutsu. He was sure going to put good use to it, but for now he had to see how long it lasted. He stood at his tree waiting to see how long until the deer would move.
