| Takahashi, KirinoTHE INFO. Name:Takahashi, Kirino Nickname: N/A Age: 15 Gender: Female Appearance: Kirino is a small girl, roughly 5'1 tall and 90 pounds with a slender build. She has dark brown eyes and bright blue hair that reaches a little past her shoulders. Her hair is unkempt looking, much to her annoyance as she cannot sort it out no matter how hard she tries; she keeps her hair tied back with bandanas of various colours and sometimes, her village headband.
She usually wears a dark blue dress that reaches down to mid thigh. It has a yellow bow on it which ties up behind her neck. She wears light blue, loose sleeves on her arms, tied to her upper arm by small, purple bows. She wears black, short shorts beneath her dress to avoid any unnecessary embarassment. She wears her headband around her neck most times but sometimes wears it on her head to keep her hair back. She usually wears bandanas on her head to keep her hair back. She has a pouch tied to her left thigh that she keeps a few items in, mostly medical equipment. For footwear she wears beige, straw sandals with straw wrapping around her ankles to keep them secure.
Personality: With blue hair, Kirino definitely stands out, not that she wants to. She is not shy but is not outgoing either, enjoying a medium between the two sides. She can get on well with people and once she starts to talk with others, she gains some confidence. She wants peace in the world between everyone as she does not like violence, she can spar against fellow grass ninja but that is different as it is bonding between ninja, not killing. She is a gentle soul who looks to help all in need, she will even heal enemy ninja if she can which could lead to trouble.
She likes walking around the village as she finds it a relaxing and peaceful place to be. She enjoys reading and can often be found up a tree or hidden somewhere reading a book, she likes most genres and is capable of reading at a fast pace. She dislikes bullies, if she sees any she makes it her job to help whoever is being bullied, she knows the feeling of being bullied and does not want anyone else to experience it. When forced to fight, she usually uses her offensive jutsu to attack her opponents as she wants to finish conflict quickly. Name: Improved Perception Rank: C Type: Mental Based Physical Requirements: N/A Description: The ninja trains their skill in perception and analyzing their environment to more distinct levels. Every physical motion is identified to the ninja whether its a movement in a leaf or change in temperature. This skill is handy when faced with genjutsu as it makes the user capable in identifying an illusion of C-Rank or lower. However although they can sense the genjutsu they must rely on other methods of breaking the spell.
THE BACKGROUND. History: Birth arc: Kirino was born in Kusagakure to two ninja of jounin rank, Karamu and Mimi Takahashi. They were both powerful ninja known for Karamu's powerful taijutsu styles that utilized the Takahashi's dracule chakra and Mimi's proficiency with medical techniques, utilizing the Juugan abilities. When Kirino was born, the two were overwhelmed with joy as their daughter was perfectly healthy, a little small but not concerning, and laughing as soon as she was handed to her mother. They soon noticed their daughter had a strange hair colour, it was blue, they had no idea why it was blue but they saw it as a sign their daughter would be special. Kirino was then raised quite normally, though her parents often took turns looking after her as they still had their duty as jounin to deal with. She grew up hearing tales of her parents skill and bravery and even though she was young, she felt pride in her parents.
By the time she was 3, her father stopped appearing and her mother was often sad. She had an idea of what happened, she was not ignorant. Her mother simply said her father had to go away for a long time and that no more was to be said. Kirino was curious and would ask more but she never got an answer. She was soon to go to the academy where her mother said she would be able to make friends and become a ninja. Her thoughts of her father would have to be put aside.
Academy arc: Kirino, now 4, entered the academy and was a bit daunted by the number of fellow academy students, even just the ones in her class. She had a few friends but as is the case for most people going through school, there were those looking to make her life worse. She was often picked for her small height and blue hair and this would make her sad, but she put up with it as she wanted to become stronger to show her mother that she was strong and make her happy. One day, she was bullied particularly hard and was knocked over, cutting her knee in the process. As she was holding back tears, a ninja came from nowhere and cleared the bullies away and looked to Kirino's injury, then the ninjas hand made a green aura and when it was put to her knee, the cut healed up and she felt better. She thanked the ninja who had taken her home afterwards and thought 'That was cool, he made me better. I want to do that.'
She then began talking to her mother about becoming a medical ninja and her mother was surprised as she had never mentioned medical jutsu to her daughter. When told about the ninja who healed a cut on her leg, her mother agreed to help her as she was happy to set her daughter on a good path. She began to teach Kirino about various medical topics at home and everything else would be taught at the academy. She worked hard and was doing well in the medical field and at the academy. The only problem was combat, she was not skilled at fighting, she was quick and fairly agile but she had no strength behind her attacks. She also did not like fighting as she hated hurting others. The teacher explained to her that the injuries inflicted through sparring were signs that you were trying your hardest to help your fellow student. She was still not happy with it but she agreed to spar with the other students. She rarely came out the winner, not that anyone was checking things like that, but after the match, no matter how beat up she was, she would heal her opponent to the best of her ability. This rarely needed much effort as she was not good at hitting her opponents. The teachers were surprised at her kindness and medical skill and asked where she got it from, she told them about her mother and they understood as most people around Mimi's age knew her and her skill.
When Kirino was 11, she developed the Juugan and found the eyes to be very useful. She could use her eyes to see through things and she was capable to see someones insides which helped when used alongside medical jutsu. She could also use her Dracule chakra to remove peoples pain, it hurt her but she did not care as long as it meant someone would be able to rest and recover easier.
Genin arc: Kirino, now 15, has been a genin for 3 years and has spent her time doing missions and helping people in need. She does not work at the hospital but her mother and her are known to provide a doctor service at their home. She recently figured out more of her fathers disappearence, as she had feared, he was dead. He had been killed by ninja from another nation but she could not find out where, she believed it was Kumogakure but was not sure so never said anything as she knew her mother would eventually tell her on her own time. She is still not good enough to be considered a good medical ninja but she tries hard and has helped many people get better and with her Juugan, she has an advantage over other medical ninja her age. She has even picked up a few offensive techniques out of necessity but rarely uses them.
Roleplay Sample: Karamu listened as Koma explained his strengths, well he sort of did. Karamu learned that he was good at genjutsu, no mention of any other skills, just genjutsu. Karamu figured he would just do with that, as he would probably look silly pressing for more information and take it that this guy did not trust his teammates yet or had something against Karamu personally, he figured that could not be correct as he could not remember meeting this ninja before. He just said, with a slight smile, "Good to know." but in his head he was thinking 'Yeah, real good, not very talkative for someone who makes an insult as a first impression.'
Kinu then spoke up, Karamu hoped he would say something with more substance. Kinu said he studied in taijutsu, ninjutsu and summoning. Karamu was impressed, the kid seemed talented, then again, he had not seen him in action yet and hopefully, he would not have to. Kinu then looked at him and said they had better move out and accomplish the mission as soon as possible. Kinu then disappeared momentarily before his eyes adjusted, he was leaping across the rooftops, Karamu then followed as quickly as possible, he regularly did this as exercise and enjoyed the feeling, it was like flying.
He started to think about the mission he was going on, he was heading to another country to hopefully build a connection between the Iron country and the Cloud village and the rest of the Lightning country, that would be good for both places, the Iron would have one of the great nations protecting it and the Lightning would gain a country to trade with and maybe, though not likely, they would teach the cloud ninja some of the samurai techniques. That would be another strange thing, the iron country had no ninja, so they would be a foreign thing to the people and that may be were some of the tension will come from. He feared the angst in the country would have people attack the three of them as they entered and they would have to make sure to not harm anyone too badly as it may look bad. The three of them now knew each others strengths and may be able to use that to form a strategy should the need arise. He looked at his two teammates and realized that this mission was bound to be interesting one way or another, Kinu seemed to be the one easier to get on with and Koma seemed like he did not want to have anything to do with his teammates. Three different personalities together on a B-rank mission, Karamu could not help but have butterflies in his stomach.

However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu • Body Replacement Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to alter places in a speedy manner with another nearby object. This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Name: Kai • Release Rank: D Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: By stopping the flow of chakra in their body, and then applying an even stronger power to disrupt the flow of the caster's chakra; the user may dispel the effects of a genjutsu. This can also be used on another individual that is stuck in a genjutsu by preforming the necessary hand seal and then touching them. Chakra Cost: 4
Name: Suimen Hokou no Waza • Act of Water Surface Walking Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: NA Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on water by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet or hands. Because of water’s nature, this requires the user to be quick to adjust the amount of chakra they must emit to their feet in order to maintain a constant balance. Users may also walk, run and “skate” across the water when using this technique. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Kinobori no Waza • Act of Tree Climbing Rank: D Type: N/A Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to balance themselves on trees and vertical walls by focusing a constant and steady stream of chakra to the user’s feet. Gravity can easy be defined if this technique is mastered, allowing people to even stand upside down. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. Chakra Cost: 3

Name: Medical Art: Bone Setting Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: After training, medical nins are able to diagnose and reset broken bones. This skills is limited as it is a physical repair, and is most effective on large bones such as leg or arm bones. This skill cannot treat fractures, and further treatment should be done. This is simply a quick fix to prevent further damage. Medical use/Bastardized use: The use of this jutsu is to diagnose and reset a broken bone to prevent further damage until properly healed. Name: Medical Art: Rapid Bandaging Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: After training, medical-nins are able to quickly apply bandages to a patient. This can be for injuries as small as a kunai cut to stopping the bleeding of a severed limb or to prevent spillage from a split abdomen. While most any ninja is capable of bandaging a wound, Rapid Bandaging allows for a thorough, complete bandaging in 2-7 seconds. Name: Medical Art: Stitching Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: After training, medical-nins are able to sew closed open wounds using their field kit of needle and surgical thread. While most any shinobi might figure out how to sew a wound shut, this stitching art allows for proper, thorough stitches to be made in 2-7 seconds. Medical use/Bastardized use: The use of this jutsu is to quickly sew an open wound with a needle and surgical thread within seconds. Chakra Cost: 3
Name: Medical Art: Splint and Sling Creation Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: After training, medical-nins are able to create emergency splints or slings either from the equipment they carry or from the environment around them (ex: sticks). While this might be considered a standard survival skill, intensive training allows the med-nin to create proper splints or slings that will not cause further damage out of very difficult materials. This skill not only lets them use their scalpels rapidly and accurately, it also allows them to use a kunai or shuriken in a pinch Medical use/Bastardized use: The use of this jutsu is to preform incisions rapidly and accurately with a scalpel, kunai, or shuriken. Name: Kanetsu no Gyou [Heat Seeker] Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: A simple Jutsu in which the Medical Ninja focuses the chakra in his body by placing it along the persons chest creating heat within them. It basically works the way one would if they were doing a destructive fire jutsu; heat-based is created from the hand, though much, much less than if it were indeed a destructive ninjutsu.(That's why you have to be careful-the user has to create just the right amount. Any less would be ineffective, any more would be too much.) This is so then the person would not be in danger of Hypothermia, a condition in which the body starts dropping its temperature at a quick pace, and if goes untreated it might cause paralysis and even death. One must be careful for if used to long then it may warm up a part of the body which may cause fever. Medical use/Bastardized use: The use of this jutsu is to return needed heat to the target's body. Name: Kanpa no Jutsu [Cold Wave Skill] Rank: D Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: A jutsu that is pretty much the opposite of heat seeker, this one instead of treating a state of hypothermia, which is heat loss, is treating a state of heat wave where the body overheats. By using chakra, the cold fusion jutsu opens up pores, pumps up blood to the skin and widens the blood vessels nearest to the skin and also increases sweat production. All these effects cool the body and make it return to normal temperatures, although careless use of the cold fusion might lead to an undesired effect such as overcooling of the body and eventually hypothermia. Name: Medical Art: Amputation Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: After intensive training, medical-nins are able to severe a limb in a manner that allows for easy reattachment back at the hospital and allows for proper bandaging, increasing the chances of survival. This art can be used if a limb has already been ravaged and the loss of blood must be controlled, or if a particularly dangerous poison has been injected or applied and the limb must be removed to save the life of the patient. Medical use/Bastardized use: The use of this jutsu is to severe a limb that will allow easier reattachment. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Wound Cleansing Technique Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: The Wound Cleansing Technique is a substitute for disinfecting wounds without using medical fluids such as alcohol or any antiseptic liquid. The user simply gathers the significant green shousen chakra to their palm and holds their palm over the selected wound. The wound them cleans up after a few minutes (1-2 posts) depending on the size and depth of the wound. This technique is great for when a medic doesn’t have or is short of supplies. This technique is used in preparation for other medical procedures. As a genin, medics cannot use any healing jutsu to speed up cell division, but most use this in prep. for stitching, wrapping, or anything for the closing the wound. Medical use/Bastardized use: The use of this jutsu is to disinfect a wound without medical fluids of any sort, nor supplies. Chakra Cost: 5
Name: Oxygen Supply Technique Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: Focusing medical chakra to their palm, a medical ninja holds their palm to their, or their patients chest area to help breathing. It helps the lung expand easier making the chest and neck muscles become relaxed which allows the airways to expand and pulmonary blood vessels so then the cells of the body may breathe easier. Name: Healing Touch Rank: C Type: Medical Ninjutsu Element: N/A Description: This low-level medical technique is great for beginners. The medic simply gathers healing chakra to their index and middle fingers and applies pressure to the selected wound. This minor technique cannot and will not heal any deep injuries, only cuts and light slashes. This is more like a practice technique before moving onto the Mystical Palm Healing technique. Medical use/Bastardized use: The use of this jutsu is to heal a small cut or light slash. Chakra Cost: 7

Name: Goukakyuu no Jutsu - Great Fireball Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: Katon (Fire) Description: Katon • Goukakyuu no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Fire Element. The ninja does the necessary hand seals, draws chakra from their mouth into their chest and them immediately exhales it. They then blow a stream of fire which erupts into a large sphere of flames. To better manage the flames the ninja will bring their hand to their mouth to control it. Chakra Cost: 5
