Physical Appearance:
Sin stands about 5' and looks to be roughly around 100 lbs. He has vibrant blue eyes almost to a gray. He has a clean facial structure and people tend to say his looks are perfection though he hates hearing that. He has no scars on his face but most of them are on his body. He has long flowing white hair that falls to about the small of his back.

He wears a long, white robe, worn at all times. The hood to this robe, also at all times, covers his face, hiding his face at all times. If you were to look at him, only the whites of his eyes would show. Otherwise, only a shadow would cast over his face. This robe is worn over his body armor, which, obviously, is worn at all times as well. He wears leather armor, which is rugged, and keeps him more protected than that of regular leather, so it is a form of studded leather armor. He wears medical tape on his feet, no sandals or anything.

He wears a choker around his neck that was his fathers. It is made of leather and has the sign of a ninja on it. He has leather bracers and a leather belt that has sheaths for all his Kunai. He is always completely donned in leather but you wouldn't know it from just looking at him.

Bear form
When in bear form he has gray eyes and thick fur with a streak of white going along his belly. When he stands on his hind legs he stands to about 6' tall and weighs approximately 300 lbs. He has sharp teeth and claws and a patch of fur on each arm, near the shoulder, is shaped like a lightning bolt (Left arm) and a rock (right arm). Location of Seal: Left Bicep

Scorpion Form
When in Scorpion form he has vivd blue eyes, close to a green. He has a white lightning bolt pattern going along the back and a white rock on the underbelly. He has the two typical scorpion venoms and the typical scorpion pincers. Normally he will be in this form, for he can still use his jutsus in this form. Location of Seal: Back of Neck

Eagle Form
When in Eagle form he has light blue eyes. He has a feather formation colored white in the shape of a lightning bolt on his left wing and one of a rock on his white wing. Location of Seal: Right Bicep

Kangaroo Form
When in Kangaroo form he has a fur patch like a lightning bolt and a rock on his pouch. Both colored white. Location of Seal: Upper Inner Thigh left

Shark Form
When in Shark form he has a patch of scales on each fin colored white shaped like a lightning bolt and a rock on their respective sides. Location of Seal: Upper Inner Thigh right

Wolf Form
When in wolf form he has two patches of fur, colored white shaped like a lightning bolt and a rock on each front leg. Location of Seal: Lower back

Cat Form
When in Cat Form he has a white strip of fur running along his stomach with the lightning bolt and the rock on his stomach. Location of Seal: Stomach

Personality: He's shy, cold and harsh. he doesn't talk much and mainly sticks to himself unless he needs something from that person. He rarely will ask for help even when facing death, and he tries to avoid other people, and he's out for himself and won't help someone else unless there's something in it for him, and he has an explosive temper.

He enjoys a challenge and he would never back down from one. He tries to avoid petty fights and arguments but doesn't mind putting someone in their place if they act tougher than what he thinks they are. He's about as likely to defend someone as he is to attack them without reason.

Sin will rarely make a friend for he feels that any friends or loved ones are weaknesses that an enemy can take from you and hold against you. He also feels that any sort of emotion other than anger is a sign of weakness so he tends to not care or love for anyone. Not even himself.

He is very emotionless and carefree. He is brave and daring, willing to try anything for a lack of care for his own life. He is likely to rush into the middle of an ongoing war. He hates to be watching things from the outside. If he sees a fight between two neutral parties, He is more likely to attack the team or person whom is losing unfairly, until they are winning unfairly, then he will assist the one he just attacked.

Special Abilities/Characteristics: Only special characteristic is that the blade looks like a bolt of lightning and small bolts of electricity surge around it.
Origin: The blade was forged in the cave of a tall Volcano. Sin felt that the blade he had needed to represent him in some way, shape or form. He took cold steel and forged it into the shape of a lightning bolt. After the cooling he climbed to the peak and focused his chakra in the midst of a storm and as he called upon his lightning chakra he focused the bolt into the blade thus making the crackling lightning appear around the blade. It offers no special effect, he mainly did this for appearances.

Origin: Shortly after making his blade, Sin found a large stick on the ground. He dug a hole into the earth and focused his Chakra to from a rock-like coating around the stick. He found a large rock and merged it to the hardened stick causing it to hold together and shape of an axe.

Background Information

History:
Birth Arc
Sin only remembers his birth years through the pictures he's seen. When he was born his mother lost her life due to a lack of blood and being anemic (profusely bleeding with the natural inability to clot). His father was then forced to raise Sin on his own. Around the age of two Sin could walk and talk as well as any 4 or 5 year old and had no qualms with doing so. He enjoyed making other children feel incompetent and stupid. He was never really a bully, but he was always mentally abusive to other people. He never had many friends and really didn't care to. When he was 4 he was in a field practicing and preparing for Genin training. As he was focusing his Chakra some random child bumped into Sin as he (sin) was about to release his chakra and threw off his aim. Instead of striking the block of wood, he accidentally struck his father, whom wasn't paying attention and couldn't avoid the attack. He began keeping a journal of everything after the event.
Academy and Graduation Arc
Sin joined the academy and hated being there. He loved to learn the ninjutsus but hated being surrounded by people. During his time of training he received news that a rogue ninja attacked his father. The ninja lit the house on fire and his father didn't make it out in time. He was devastated by this news and discontinued even talking to other students. He began plotting his revenge in the dark recesses of his room at the end of the day.
Shortly after Sin graduated, He continued to practice his Genin training preparing to become a Chuunin. He focused mainly on training as revenge coursed through his mind and his veins. He continued to carry out his plotting and his desire for revenge. He'd fight with everyone who crossed his path whether physically or verbally.
Genin Arc
After Sin graduated he went off in search for high ranked ninjas hoping they could teach him beyond what the school taught, or ever could teach him. He traveled across many terrain and came across the town of Sunagakure. He decided to stop and rest there and has yet to pick his travels back up. He now lives in the village and awaits the opportunity to learn more, or to pursue his father's murderer.
After resting here he began to continue his plotting again. He became very soft-spoken and stopped talking to a lot of people. focusing only on training, plotting, and surviving. He felt he no longer needed anyone or anything. He will occasionally help out the villagers to earn his keep, but beyond that, he drinks and plots.

Role-Play Sample:
Sin entered the pub. It was a broken down place with broken chairs scattered around the floor and a few broken tables. It looked as if a few bar fights had happened not too long ago. There were many holes in the ceiling and a couple in the walls. Sin walked up to the bar and sat on a stool. The stool caved in and Sin quickly jumped to the side. He looked at the stool and looked at the bartender. He sat on another stool and looked back to the bartender. "Jug of Sake." He threw down some Ryo and the bartender retrieved it and got him his Jug of Sake. Sin began to drink it and examined the place.

As he was drinking the Bartender nodded to him. "Heavy Drinker?" Sin just glanced at him and went back to drinking. The bartender sighed, "Want anything else?" Sin shook his head no, and the bartender walked away. Another Ninja entered the bar and sat next to Sin. He glanced over at him and began drinking again. The other ninja looked to Sin, "Looks like a rough place huh?". Sin just ignored the question. The other ninja looks back to him. "Not much of a talker are you?" Sin finished his Sake and got up from the bar. He glanced to the bartender and the ninja and left the bar. He looked to the sky and though to himself, "I wonder where the excitement is next." As he walked down the dirt path towards his village.

For a C Rank amount of chakra, you cannot gain more than a 25% increase in speed. Furthermore, if you're running in a straight line, a projectile is more likely to hit you, your path is easier to see, and thusly you'll be easier to dodge from, and a ninjutsu would hit you square in the face.
