Discrete Constructions

I've found out a few of you might have told some old Ultimate Shinobi members about what's going on with the construction of the new Ultimate Shinobi, it's not that bad, but currently I'd like to keep it a secret and not tell anybody, even the old Ultimate Shinobi staff, because they will find out soon. I'm informing the staff one by one in no particular order. But I have to get this sites staff perfect, which means we might have a few new additions to the team, like Hage who has already agreed to join us in some moderation work, but this also means some of the old moderators on Ultiamate Shinobi not receive the same positions here.

The plan is to have six admins and the US Admin account too, then have a bunch of moderators, a medium sized number hopefully, too ensure all application remained checked.

I'm leaning towards the original Admins and Mods, or possibly a different path of moderator where every mod will be given a certain application section to look after.

Example; Senkou could be the Weapons Moderator, where as Hage would be a Clan Moderator. [That is a COMPLETE example, hypothetical] But we would also have a few Global Moderators who can look over every application section and not just the one section. The idea of having a single mod or two working on each section ensures that the work is divided equally amongst the moderators (except probably the Character Applications) and it may be more productive on exactly getting applications checked more thoroughly and more consistently. But then we might throw up a few mature and active members to be Chat Moderators ONLY. Meaning all the moderators won't be chat moderators, just the admins and the chat moderators.

Unless everybody is really good up their game and using their eagle eyes to scan through applications constantly, that may be the way to go.

Anyway, please give me your input on the staff situations and also, remember to keep everything discrete. If anybody has told anybody, let me know in a reply down the bottom, you won't be in trouble or even shunned upon, I just need to know who knows so I can ~~kill~~ talk to them.

No need to be throwing me into a section, I have an affinity for Weapons, Jutsu, and Clans already, excluding Taijutsu/Kenjutsu which I have difficulty picturing in my mind when running over mental diagrams of jutsu (I assume i'm not the only one who does this...) so putting me in one section just makes me more bored and more likely to fill up approval sections with my own work...I just don't check Martial techniques, other than that, I can do anything and everything.

I know the goal is to lessen the workload, but theres no workload you can devise that is going to hinder me, I've done Admin work on three sites, while owning another fresh site, and did it all effectively during finals week. Short of hiring everyone in America to make an app at the same time, I aint going down Razz

As for people informed, this morning while I was on the site Z burst into my room and nearly made me throw my coffee all over the place and saw the site and wouldn't shut up about it (little brothers are very adept at that skill of repetition...) so I told him. I would've made up a convincing lie but he's been alive for 15 years of my existence and theres no way in hell he'd fall for it. He's been informed to keep it under wraps, and I've already punched him a few times...I might do it a few more...ruining my coffee is like stealing a child for me...
