Name: Masaki, Saitou Nickname: Purple HazeA nickname acquired due to the nature of his powerful lightning jutsu, the colour of which is a deep shade of purple. It can also be traced to the fact that both his hair and eyes happen to be of a similar colour. Unfortunately, this nickname is not particularly well known, as he is not particularly renowned or feared, and as of thus, this name has not spread far. It originates from him himself, and is the nickname he will use when he becomes an entity the very name of which he hopes will strike fear into his enemy's hearts.Age: 18 [Born 2nd of June | Gemini]Gender: Male Appearance:Saitou has a relatively lanky frame, but is not overly skinny. As a shinobi, a degree of fitness is required, meaning his muscles are certainly more defined than that of the average citizen, but by the standards of a ninja, they aren't anything particularly impressive. He stands at five foot and eleven inches tall, not far from six foot, which is quite a dominating height for someone his age. His recent growth spurt has lead to this not quite powerful length, but he has not adapted his method of combat in order to account for this. Indeed, he is not quite used to it yet, and commonly finds himself bumping head on whatever low hanging ceilings or door frames might appear in his way. His build does not contain much weight, meaning he is rather nimble and agile, but not extremely so. Saitou does not rely on being physically dominating or quick for his preferred method of combat, rather enjoying more to stick to chakra based techniques. Because of this, he feels no need to work on his build. His ribs are almost visible when one takes a look below his shirt, with no large entity of muscle or body fat being present to cover them. His weight totals around 10 stone. He is rather nimble and thin, but would be better described as ‘wiry’, as, despite his unimposing build, years of training have built up a Shinobi's level of strength to an acceptable standard, as it has with him. Whilst not bearing the most impressive or daunting physique, Saitou is reasonably athletic by normal standards, able to sprint faster and run for longer durations than your average citizen. His legs are far from spindly, in fact, the only area with any noticeable excess muscle for someone of his career path would be his thigh and calf area.His violet eyes are mischievous and daring, and they sparkle with a glint of amusement. In shape, they are rather sharp and angled. It is not particularly uncommon for one to be able to find bags under these eyes of his, for his sleeping pattern is very capricious. He often wears a mocking smirk when fighting, which he inherited from his father. And it's not just fighting, really. Even in the most inappropriate of sessions, he has an uncouth ability to laugh or smile; it can often be viewed as a gesture of merriment, or perhaps a derivative jeer. Because of this, his face is almost always afixed in such a position, and were it not, it might almost appear unusual. A frown doesn't really fit his face, as it is quite an uncommon sight and adds many years to his face. On the rare occasion he does frown, Satiou's forehead becomes rather wrinkled, and his angular eyebrows dart downwards in a sharp fashion. Another noticeable development in this is his cheek bones becoming more pronounced and sharper than usual. His eyelashes are uncommonly long for a male, which raises many questions about wether or not he applies mascara; despite the fact he doesn't. Saitou's lips are fully coloured, although they are quite thin and marked from points where they have been bitten by himself. Most of his features are quite pointed, such as his chin, nose and ears, all of which give him a distinctive facial shape. On top of this, he has very pronounced, high cheekbones. Thankfully, he didn't inherit the large hook nose that runs in a large portion of his family, and has quite a small, sharp nose, befitting of the rest of his face. His nostrils are quite small, and are bigger in the direction they protrude outwards from his face, rather than to either side. Thankfully, the tip, or 'beak' of his nose is somewhat high in its positioning, rather than low and droopy, like a curved bill. The best way in which to describe these facial features of his would be angular. His ear lobes aren't particularly saggy, rather quite narrow, and his ears themselves are rather small. Saitou's chin is somewhat stretched, his constant smirk of derision having pulled the skin upwards quite a bit. His hair is almost long and very unkempt, probably best described as bed ruffled, and is a mysterious natural purple, also coming from his father. A lot of work goes into keeping the wild tufts of hair clean and non-greasy, but much more work is required for it to be straightened. There is no discernible 'fringe', just hair that falls over his eyes and parts which are swept backward, or toward the side. Rather than have a broom of hair that falls down behind him, Saitou's hair length is mostly centred about the top area of his head, or where his scalp meets forehead or ears. It also sits upwards sometimes. When combed, it can look a fair bit more presentable, and he is certainly noticeable with his hair. Although certain shinobi may be a fair bit taller than him, the extra height gained by the purple fuzz about the top of his head means he can be noticed in a crowd, unless he intentionally flattens it. When wet, his hair will turn soggy and appear a jet black in appearance.When Saitou is on duty, he wears the customary flack jacket worn by the Chûnin and Jônin of Konohagakure no Sato. Alongside his headband, he wears this with pride, as he is proud of his achievements and thus wears this jacket like a trophy. He ensures it is clean at all times. Underneath this, his attire tends to be unnoticeable and not particularly special in any shape or form. A white T-shirt is a common site, although he may often switch this for a black one. This garment is normally partially concealed by a black jacket that completes the upper body section of his wardrobe for duty. However, when the weather permits, he goes sleeveless with his flak jacket. The sleeves of his jacket tend to be rolled upward to just past his elbows, as he prefers the extra movement this allows about him. His clothes are comfortably tight, so that his movements are not slowed, and to aid this he wears a black or white belt. The lower area of his wardrobe, again, depends upon weather. He is more than happy to don shorts and sandals, but will also occasionally opt for longer trousers swathed in bandages. Saitou tends to avoid boots, finding them a brutish, ugly affair.For more formal occasions, his attire consists of a white button shirt accompanied by tight black jeans. Regardless of the nature of the occasion, particularly when wearing a formal shirt, the youth will insist on rolling up his sleeves. He has a rather carefree look, even when he does make an effort, and will never go near formal dancing shoes, preferring trainers in such an outfit. It is clear to all that whilst he does make small attempts to look good and presentable, he is not one to dote for prolonged periods of time over his appearance, and will happily be labeled as 'scruffy'.Forehead Protector: Another garment that is worn with pride, the metal embellished with the symbol of the village he loves can be found upon cloth normally fastened about his right wrist. However, Saitou does not have many objections to donning it about his forehead, and, when in a battle that is not a simple spar, or against a respectable opponent, he will do so. Personality: Saitou has a relatively light hearted nature. He has never been one to take everything he does seriously, and is always up for having fun. There is a small mischievous streak in him, but the majority of that has been killed off by years of lectures and punishment; because of which he tends to be quite shy around those he doesn't know too well. However, there is still that glint of liveliness about him, and he's always ready for a joke or the like. He isn't only awkward physically, either; socially inept would be a good way in which to describe the youth. When faced with situations that do not appear on a day to day basis, Saitou has very little idea of what to do, and prefers to avoid social confrontation. It's quite a task to get him to open up and talk openly. He isn't particularly confident around large groups of people; he finds it much easier and more comfortable to talk to someone if he is alone with them, and thus he can change depending on whom and how many people he is with.However, there is nobody's company he enjoys better than his own. Whilst not a bookworm, or the most keen person about, he is rather intelligent and will happily brush up on his knowledge with any kind of book, be it factual or a simple novel. Despite this, he is far from pretentious. In fact, he has a large amount of hatred in store for those who regard themselves as 'superior', and not just over intellectual matters. Being from no discernible bloodline which supplies unique abilities to its members, Saitou has commonly felt intimidated by those who have natural abilities of excellence. In fact, he does not come from a family of shinobi, both his parents haven chosen different, civilian based career paths. The nearest thing to a shinobi family he has is his uncle, now living at home due to injury with his wife and two of his three children. He has a third son, an older one, whom Saitou has not met, who happens to also be a shinobi. However, this side of his family live near Kumogakure, somewhere that the youth is not particularly welcome, and thus it is rare for him to see any of them.One thing that plays a rather large role in the life of this boy is drama. Not the prancing about a stage faggotry, nor the need for some 'juicy gossip' about such and such; nay, he believes in real performances. This is something he rarely gets to express, however, when undercover in Kaminari no Kuni, he developed a real taste for the thrill of lying with one's neck on the line, having to outwit his opponent and knowing the consequences were potentially disastrous. Because of this, Saitou has developed a taste for a good thrill, or a game of wits. Western games such as chess, or the eastern versions, Shogi and Go, bear some interest to him. He likes having to think practically in combat and dialogue based situations, and his mind is often at work. However, this being said, he is not always seeking a 'dare devil' thrill. He simply prefers a challenge, or something to keep the cogs of his mind turning over for a while.Saitou is a person much more accustomed to having a few close friends, rather than many who he doesn't know too well. Like every other, he craves social interaction, but finds himself nervous around strangers and can only act like himself when in his comfort zone with those he knows well. When he manages to overcome his initial shyness, the boy can be good natured and on occasion, humorous. He has a rather warm personality, but occasionally makes the mistake of being too rambunctious about other people. His actions are commonly seen as uncouth or odd, and he is not very good at reading the emotions of others. Sometimes he is brash in what he says or does and can be quick to offend someone. It's quite in his character to chuckle softly rather than give out a booming laugh; even when familiar with someone, he isn't the 'loud' type. That said, he is able to be vocal and passively assertive; but yet he simply prefers to not have to act as such, and will only do such a thing if he feels strongly it is the right thing to do.He is happy to take a backseat role and go along with everything. That is noticeable when on duty as well; Saitou can take orders from his superiors without complaint. Fortunately however, he isn't a lapdog, one who mindlessly follows every order and cannot think for themselves; he isn't perhaps the most inspiring leader, but when taking things seriously, he can be efficient and confident. He is a firm believer in what facts, his mind and his instincts tell him. If he disagrees with something, he has no problems in voicing this to anyone, although sometimes may forget his place. His firm confidence in his own thinking and the belief that he is right can occasionally push him into rather troublesome scenarios, something he wishes he was able to avoid.However, when Saitou gets going in a competition of any kind, he can take things too far and can forget his worries, and oddly turns to be very confident. This causes him to push himself, and he trains often. He enjoys the sensation he gets when he has completed something, or mastered a new jutsu or technique. Sometimes Saitou may push himself to far, but he is very ambitious, despite the fact he keeps his dreams quiet. Whilst he is not one to aim outside the boundaries of realism, he knows what he has the potential to be capable of and strives to reach that. The dream of becoming Hokage is not one in his blood, for he views it as unrealistic and feels even if he did have the skill, he could never quite be the leading figure the village would need. On top of this, he feels his lack of impressive background may cause him to fall short in this regard. They can pin-point any individual within their sensory limit even if they are surrounded in a crowd and even locate other sensor ninja. THE BACKGROUND.
History:Birth Arc:19 years ago, Saitou's parents met each other. His father had sustained a wound whilst hunting from, what he always says was a bear, but the truth was in fact the wounds were sustained when he misused his own bear trap; being as stubborn as he was, he refused to take medical attention. Instead, he went to a pharmacy to buy some bandages. It was then, as he dragged his bleeding leg and a broken bear trap into a shop, that he first saw his soon to be wife. After finally admitting he needed to see a medical Shinobi, Saitou's father made a near full recovery, after a large amount of rest. 3 years later, the pair married each other. 3 months after this occasion, Saitou was conceived, fifteen years from now, on November the 11th.Childhood Arc: Large amounts of competition meant that pretty soon, Saitou's mother's pharmacy had to close down; however, this did little to dishearten her, and, after an extensive loan from a bank, she opened up shop once more, now going into a different business. Masaki Maifun was a small noodle based restaurant by a river, and is where the purple haired boy grew up. His parents both wanted him to go into their trades; his father wanted him to be a hunter, his mother to continue to run the shop. It was a mutual agreement that another child would be born, but none came after years of trying. Saitou remained an only child. If he had any family outside his parents, then he was not told of them.Academy Arc:From a young age Saitou found the world of jutsu intriguing, and often dreamed of becoming a ninja. It was his father who inspired him, initially. His reckless, stupid courage and his daftness were what the youth aspired towards, but as he grew older he grew to also admire his mother's sensible determination and ambition. He did not take after them as such, having always wanted to make his own way. Whilst not openly as driven or hot headed and reckless, Saitou is confident but also lazy, and that was to be seen during his days at the academy. He had a decent amount of natural ability and was relatively intelligent, but never really applied himself. This angered both his parents and his mother greatly, and it was them who pushed him into training and studying more, until he finally graduated and became a Genin.Genin Arc:As a young Shinobi, Saitou found he had a lot to learn. His progress was quick when he really tried, but his main focus was upon enjoying himself, which he did successfully, meeting new people and becoming more and more acquainted with the village and its populace, as well as how it was run. Like any other ninja, he completed missions, and despite the fact he was not assigned a squad, did so with the help of others, and made a fair few very valuable friends along the way. It was after two years of moderately hard work and nearly regular training that he was promoted to Chûnin, something that secretly excited him greatly. However, sadly, during those 2 years Saitou's dad died due to a terminal illness whilst he was 15.Chûnin Arc:Saitou has only recently achieved such a rank within his village, but takes pride in performing his duties and wearing the flak jacket that symbolises his senior rank. The promotion initially caused him to put more effort into his work, but that didn't last forever and he slowly returned to his normal self. However, he is still driven as ever to be independent, self-sufficient, and, most of all, somebody who is viewed as strong within the village. Clichéd as it may be, he aims to make his father proud and return his mother for the support she invested in him as a child by excelling and showing the rest of his comrades just what he is and will be capable of.

This is done mere seconds before an attack lands, thus making the attacker believe his or her attack was a success. Whatever object was used to alter places will receive the brunt of the enemy’s attack instead. Name: Nawanuke no Jutsu • Escaping Skill Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique allows the user to free themselves should they be tied up. It is extremely basic. Using their physical training, the user will twist and contort their body to loosen their bindings, effectively relieving themselves of the tightness of their bindings and slipping through the restraints. This technique can only be used if the user is of equal or higher rank than their captor. Chakra Cost: 1
Name: Chozou no Jutsu • Storage Technique Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. If too much chakra is exerted the user will be pushed away; bark breaking and causing the user to then fall. If not enough chakra is exerted the user will lose their footing and fall. If the jutsu is broken, then it is still usable, just much shorter and less durable. Name: Ryouyoku Uka - Growing Wings Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0m-5m) mid (5m-10m) Far (10+) Element: Raiton [Lightning] Description: Saitou must first perform a string of hand seals, before a 2ft wide disc-like circle of purple raiton chakra appears in his hands, with wings sprouting from either side. Then Saitou can do one of two things: He will then throw it, sending it spinning at his opponent. If the projectile goes further than ten meters, it can be directed slightly with the wings, changing it's course, but not enough to do immediate 90 or 180 degree turns. Or, He can throw it in any direction, before either standing on or grabbing it. This allows him to glide momentarily. However, the wings cannot hold his weight, and will be affected by gravity. If he were to jump of a cliff with this jutsu, he will still take all impact of the fall, as the disc has very little air resistance. When Saitou touches the ground again, the jutsu will be expelled. It cannot block/stop attacks, but if someone/something makes contact with it, it will send electric shocks through them. The damage caused will not be major, but may disrupt one's senses, meaning their hearing will be momentarily lowered and the vision will be slightly impaired. In addition, it will hurt quite a bit. Prolonged contact may cause burns. (all sensory effects at C rank will last one post and will hardly effect the victim, except that the pain may force them to jump away: vision and hearing - 1%). At B rank: at this level, the user can concentrate his chakra into certain areas, creating a stronger and more visible shield, using it to block physical attacks or projectiles, however it can't block advanced Nin, gen, fuin or medical jutsu. However, it can block ninjutsu of E-D rank, although it will lesser the impact of C rank, meaning the attack does less damage. C rank Doton jutsu (earth) will be effected more by this, stopping most of them completely. Kunai and Shuriken thrown will be blocked by the shield, however things like C ranked katanas may hit the caster (although the wielder will still get a shock). Also, if someone were to make contact with the enforced shield, it will send a larger shock, causing minor burns at first impact, and will cause searing pain. Prolonged contact can cause loss of bodily functions (momentarily), their vision will be fuzzy and blurry for longer, their ears will be ringing, and they will find it very difficult to focus, making them slightly weaker. (all effects last for one post at B rank, and the decrease in strength will be from 5-15%, depending on how long contact is kept with the shield). Name: Raikou Raion Unari - Lightning Lion's Roar Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Range: Close (0~5m) Mid (5~10m) Far (10m+) Element: Raiton [Lightning] Description: Activation This jutsu requires a string of handseals in order to be activated. When this is done, the user must charge their hand with chakra before running it across their arm, from just above the forearm down to the tip of their hand. This will release the chakra about their arm, which will not make contact with their skin but rather hover about an inch away from it.
First Stage - On Arm Usage The raiton chakra will have no defensive properties whatsoever, and any attacks launched upon the arm charged with this chakra will land as per usual. A B rank wind technique would be capable of disrupting this jutsu whilst it is still about the users arm, if it impacts with the affected area specifically with enough force. This jutsu can be used in an offensive manner whilst still attached to the user; it can be used for jabbing and swiping, and the chakra will do additional damage to a high degree to the target if it makes contact. Whilst still on the arm of the user, it can jump out to a victim who is a maximum of two feet away and shock them, but it is incapable of grabbing, pulling, pushing and the like. However, the pain and damage caused by the shock may repel the enemy. These movements are not a natural reaction and must be done by the user who must be aware of the person around him. This jutsu can only remain in the 'first state' for a maximum of 2 posts - in the third post this jutsu is active, it must enter its final phase, or be cancelled.
Second Stage - Throwing When the user wishes, or when this jutsu reaches its time limit, this final stage can/must be activated. The user straightens their arm and aims it in one direction. The chakra will then shoot off the user's hand like a cannon bullet, or a thrown spear. As the spear leaves the arm, a lion's face will appear at the front, and the noise of the large chakra concentration moving quickly is compared to that of a lion's roar. This blast has such a high density of chakra that it is capable of blocking physical weapons when detached from the user, and can go beyond the distance of ten metres.
Overall - The Damage This jutsu can tear through Doton [earth] shields of S rank, but is vulnerable to B rank wind techniques and above. When in its second stage, the chakra concentration is of such a high, raw density it can block physical projectiles with ease if they are not supported with high level chakra boosts. The jutsu itself can tear through rock and trees with ease and continue going, at a decreased speed of course, and with a lesser impact. At full speed, it can rip through skin, cause large burns, break bones and rupture organs, if the attack is not avoided or weakened. In its first state, coming into contact with the chakra can have similar effects, breaking skin and causing burns, but may not have a high level impact due to the lack of speed. Name: Heki Sendo - False Death Rank: C Type: Genjutsu Medium: Multiple Targets Range: Hearing Range (Shout) Element: N/A Description: This jutsu is utilised when an attack is launched at the user, and affects two senses - the sense of touch and that of vision. Rather than attempt to avoid it, the user forms a short string of handseals before shouting very loudly, supposedly in fear. Those who hear this noise will thus be caught in the genjutsu. The real user will dodge the attack, but the targets of this jutsu will see the body of their opponent dead on the floor, with whatever weapon or jutsu they utilised leaving noticeable marks upon the illusion. This gives the impression that their attack impacted and they have killed their opponent. When in this genjutsu, the target will have their eyes fixated on the body and not be able to focus on much else. If they do somehow manage to deduce the body is an illusion, they will only be able to see the original being when they truly look for him but instead see a blur until they break free of the genjutsu, but by then it is likely the caster will have been able to escape or hide. The user must shout loudly; when the victim hears this shout, the jutsu begins. Illusionary water beings to fill the mouth of the target; the jutsu affects the senses of touch, taste and vision. They feel their mouth, nose and throat become clogged with water and feel that they are unable to breath and begin to choke. If they swallow the water, then it will simply be replaced with more 'water'. Whilst this jutsu is active, the victim will also see and feel water dribbling out of their mouth and nostril. As they choke, most targets will attempt to retch and vomit out the water from their mouths. Whilst water will be ejected, it will simply consistently be replaced until either the user ceases to sustain the required supply of chakra, or the victim escapes it. This jutsu can only be sustained for three posts; if it reaches such a length, the target will become unconscious temporarily and the jutsu will no longer be in effect. If only the second post is reached, the victim will feel lightheaded and generally weaker and disorientated, as well as being very shaken. Name: Shin Blade Rank: D Type: Dagger Quantity: 1 Description: A small dagger that Saitou keeps under his belt. It is about 8 inches long, made of steel, and very thin. The hilt is made of polished brass and covered in thin black wool, and there is no hand protection. Its primary use is cutting firewood, preparing food and making marks in surfaces, but can be used as a last resort if unarmed. Saitou keeps it with him at all times, on duty and off.
Name: Chuukei Shuriken Rank: E Type: Supplementary Quantity: 2 Description: Very similar to a basic shuriken, with the exception the two of the spokes are topped with hooks instead of being the normal sharp spike. They can be used to hook weapons and items, and inside the centeral gap which is usually used to insert ones finger before throwing the shuriken, there is another ring, much smaller, which is for tying string around with increased ease. The most common use for this item is for disarming weapons at a range, reeling in objects or lodging the barb into something, so that the user can utilize it as a foothold, or hold onto it for support when climbing.
Name: Suke-Ringu Kunai Rank: E Type: Supplementary Quantity: 2 Description: Very similar to a basic kunai, however the actual blade of the custom kunai has been changed. The metal edge is 'zig-zagged', and slightly curved, forming an odd wavy pattern; the kunai are normally used for lodging into objects, similar to a hooked kunai, and is known as the cousin of the 'Chuukei' Shuriken.

Name: Chisel Rank: E Type: Supplementary Quantity: 1 Description: Although it's normal use is to carve rock, it can also be used in a similar effect as a crowbar, but is much easier to conceal, and less suspicious to be caught with. It has a wooden handle with a rounded end, about 3 inches long, and the metal part itself is about 6 inches, and made of a sturdy iron.

Arashi is a large Pelican, a bird well known for the size of its beak below the mouth and around the throat area. This area is rather large, capable of storing a lot inside, such as a small person, as he has a rather large bill, even for an animal of his origin. This is, of course, only if the human were lying down. His monstrous portal to the oesophagus is nearly 6 feet long, and about half a metre deep. The colour of his bill is a lighter pink around the top, whereas further down, it turns more yellow. This would imply he is of the Pelecanus conspicillatus variety. As is characteristic for this species of bird, he has a distinctive downward hook at the end of the top half of his beak. The slender rami of the lower bill and muscular, flexible tongue allows for storage of water within this bill for a prolonged duration of time, which can be utilised in jutsu that Arashi may know. It can also be used for general storage of weaponry. However, despite the fact this tongue is muscular, like all other pelicans, it is rather small, as to now disallow or hinder the swallowing of large any fish he may consume. Being a male pelican means Arashi's bill is larger than the females, as is common throughout all of his species.
He has an impressive, dominating wingspan of twenty five feet, stretching about twelve and a half feet either way, more than twice the size of a tall human. These wings are powerful constructs, capable of creating a gust and supplying enough power to allow a figure as large as Arashi the ability of flight. Due to his large frame, he is not the most nimble nor agile of birds, but his body fat percentage is rather low and his bill gives him the advantage of being rather aerodynamic, meaning he can fly quite quickly. Pelicans do tend to be heavy flying birds, hence the requirement for this large wingspan to allow Arashi to become air born.
Arashi's plumage is not particularly remarkable, rather ordinary for a pelican of his native origin, as it happens. The feathers about his wings start as a pure, stark white, but closer to the outer edges and tip become a jet black. His streamlined body area has a few more white feathers, and his anus region has a more decorative plumage where his feathers flick upwards. The back of his neck area has slightly grey feathers, in comparison to those towards the front, which are much lighter. Just below his chin, he has a small, distinctive but noticeable black patch. About his head area, his eyes consist of an outer layer of yellow, encompassing a large, deep black iris.
His legs are firm, powerful structures. Webbed as to allow for extra ability in the water on top of his ability in the air, they consist of a bright orange colour. The toes themselves are rather flat, but the stalks of legs upon which they reside below are firm and muscular, as well as rather thick. These legs are about three and a half feet long, meaning when standing, Arashi comes at about a fair bit above head height with an average human. He is only about eight feet tall when standing, and a good twenty feet long. Of this twenty feet, six is composed of his bill. His neck is rather long and goes straight upwards, meaning it doesn't increase his length by much. It is a good three feet tall. This would suggest his strong powerful legs are muscular as they are in order to hold up his massive frame.
Personality:
Egotistical
Whilst not being from a species commonly regarded or associated as a symbol of pride and honour, Arashi is a pelican with a manner of superiority and is used to being respected. He holds himself upon a pedestal and can be rather condescending towards others, particularly humans and other non-water based animals. One could refer to him as posh or snooty, and it is a common occurrence for him to automatically regard others with complete indifference or contempt. The big bird expects nothing but fine manners and a sharp tone. He finds lack of concentration and focus disrespectful, and expects those around him to be attentive and courteous. However, he regards others as beneath him and conducts himself with little respect, and is often found to be rather rude by utilising a large amount of insults available to him.
Loyalty
Arashi's respect is particularly hard to gain. He believes himself incredibly powerful and one of the most revered creatures to exist, but he doesn't really get around much, hence this belief. In order to gain his respect, he must be well and truly bested. Once this is done, he is fiercely loyal, as he would rarely associate himself to someone, and so when he did so, would be devoutly committed to aiding them. On top of this, he is never one for cowardice of backing down. Some say he knows no fear; whilst this is not particularly true, he is courageous and will always act in the way he feels the best warriors would, and is able to put his doubts to one side. He has a large amount of self belief and confidence, and feels that he is only suited to the very best the world has to offer.
Temper
Arashi is used to getting things his way. He is a calm minded person, but he can be filled with a burning rage at even the smallest of things; however, he is able to keep this anger in check and use it to fuel him onward. He is driven, ambitious and always hungry for glory, for every victory, no matter how small, helps build up his self image of brilliance. The smallest thing can easily irk him. This pelican is a perfectionist, one who will not stop until everything is right, and can be annoyed by anything mildly incorrect, as well as the people around him.

After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened, but require another person to cast said Ninjutsu; else it cannot be sealed. Chakra Cost: 1 to seal; 1 to unseal.
Name: Henge no Jutsu • Transformation Technique Rank: E Type: Ninjutsu Range: N/A Element: N/A Description: This technique transforms the user’s appearance to that of another object or person. However, it is not a permanent transformation and a mental image of what they are transformed into. Certain aspects of a ninja will not change merely by transformation, these things may include injuries, tool pocket placements etc. The jutsu will dispel should the user be injured. The user does not gain the properties of their transformation (ie. horse like strength), and may only transform into something ranging between 1/2 of their regular size, to 2x their regular size. | Migglywiggly Hello there pal.
1. Lets expand on your history a bit as a character. As it stands you don't really have all that much tbh. Can we include an Academy arc, genin arc, and chunin arc (scratching the shinobi arc); or you can just add all of that in to your shinobi arc. However you wanna do it.
I think that is about it really. Of course, I will look over it once more to make sure everything is in order and if it is, I can give ya that 1/2 |
