| Found these while searching for inspiration over at Narutopedia. Each of the techniques below listed the episode and character who used them and I cross-referenced them with other sources that checked out so I'm sure pretty sure they're the "real deal" and not just just fan creations. I used the websites descriptions (modified to remove all references to Naruto characters) and wiggled them to fit into the jutsu system here. If approved I would like to have them placed placed in the general list for anyone to use.
Name: Suiton: Teppōdama (Water Release: Gunshot)* Rank: C Range: Close (1m - 5m) Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Water Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of a condensed ball. The high-speed waterball attack possesses considerable force - certainly enough to knock an opponent down and cause serious bruising. Chakra Cost: 7
Name: Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha (Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave)* Rank: A Range: Long (10m +) Element: Water Description: A stronger version of the Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave. With it, the user spits out a large amount of water, covering an entire area with crushing, unavoidable waves. The water then forms into a giant orb, instead of letting it flow freely like the original. Chakra Cost: 22
Name: Suiton: Mizurappa (Water Release: Violent Water Wave )* Rank: C Range: Close (0m - 5m) Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Water Description: Water gushes out from the mouth like a waterfall and washes away the enemy. One can freely control the power of this technique with the amount chakra one releases. Chakra Cost: 6
Name: Suiton: Bakusui Shōha (Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave)* Rank: B Range: Mid (5m - 10m) Long (10m +) Element: Water Description: The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques. Chakra Cost: 13
Name: Suiton: Hahonryū (Water Release: Tearing Torrent)* Rank: B Range: Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Water Description: This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand which fires at a high speed towards the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale fire release techniques. Chakra Cost: 14
Name: Suiton: Hōmatsu Rappa (Water Release: Violent Bubble Wave)* Rank: C Range: Close (0m - 5m) Mid (5m - 10m) Long (10m +) Element: Water Description: The user spits out a large volume of bubbles which covers the ground and reduces friction, considerably limiting the opponents' movements. The bubbles are spit out with violent force that is capable of washing away most attacks, such as oil and fire. This technique can also be used as an effective smokescreen. Chakra Cost: 8
Name: Suiton: Suishōha (Water Release: Water Shockwave)* Rank: B Range: Close (0m - 5m) Mid (5m - 10m) Element: Water Description: This technique allows the user to make a spiralling vortex of water. The vortex then proceeds to explode from the top in the form of a wave. The user can also control the direction the wave goes. Chakra Cost: 12 |

| You're a genin so remove all the A and B rank techniques.

If you say that the power can be controlled with the amount of chakra you use, than put multiple ranks for this technique and chakra costs.

I don't really get it. How can bubbles decrease friction?

| Eh wasn't for my own use as I stated. I was asking if they could be added to the list of open ninjutsu. As for the rest - I just copied what was available from the source. Plus if we applied actual physics to 99% of the stuff from the manga and anime, it would either all be over in one shot or the characters would be fighting with swords and knives. It's called "anime physics", "artistic license", or "putting fun above the rules." Not to be particularly offensive but if characters can spit fireballs without charring their respiratory systems and have eyes that can see through solid walls from over 50 feet away, I think bubbles reducing friction is hardly going to require a scientific dissertation. |

| You are right, but this still doesn't mean if it's written in the manga or anime it's automatically approved here. Imagine, if somebody shoots a comet from their eye in the Naruto manga and destroys half of the earth does that mean that technique has to be approved here? The answer is no. And as you can also see we do have few forbidden techniques from the manga. Now this technique isn't all that special and it isn't particularly strong, however it makes no sense at all. As you said there are "anime physics" but we must draw a line where the "anime physics" make sense and where are they just far-fetched. What I would propose is not reducing friction, but making the floor slippery. That would make much more sense. |

| I'm not assuming it's automatically approved. I just fail to see how bubbles reducing friction is more far-fetched than a lot of what I see getting approved. And.. what the heck do you think making a surface slippery is? It's reducing the friction.
Of course this is all pointless because for all intents and purposes I had given up on this stuff. Frankly I've much higher in-game priorities right now than something that is over am month old. Please delete this thread. |

| Well to be honest with you my physics knowledge is rather limited but isn't reduction of friction making something move slower? While slippery would make you actually go faster however you would lose control over yourself. But if you don't want it than this is archived. |
