| Pardon moi, but methinks there's something I need clarification over, and perhaps a looking into.
I was going through the Rules and Guides (hope I'm right), and I saw that when a tame Shinobi Shinobi in a village reaches Jounin status, and there's already 3 Sannin in his village, he can't become stronger, yet no embargo is placed on their counterparts in the wild who have gone missing.
True, the Hokage should be the strongest in the village, but I think that restricting other Shinobi from becoming S-rank gives the bush Nuke-nin an unfair advantage.
Unless anyone who wants to master many S-rank techniques should become undomesticated missing.
Just a thought. |

| There's two levels of Jounin though I think, A-rank and S-rank. |

| Question is, did we write them up in the Ranking up System? |

| Second Post: Yes it is in our systems, Experienced Jounin is the counterpart to S-rank Nukenin since Exp.Jounin is an S-ranked Jounin. |

| Rankings and Professions Systems
That's a link above, and here's the quote that empowers the bush Nuke-nin above the House cat village Shinobi:
- Quote :
- THE RANKING SYSTEM:
Here on Ultimate Shinobi, our ranking system extends beyond the basic ranks of Genin, Chuunin, Jounin and Kage and have included a few rankings such as Experienced Genin, Experienced Chuunin and Exp. Jounin which are subcategories of certain rankings. This means that even though you may be an 'Experienced Genin', you are still officially ranked as 'Genin'. This continues on for the special ranks such as 'Experienced Chuunin' or 'Experienced Jounin.'
Stated below, are all the ranking achievements one must reach for their character to gain a new rank. Please note that the point levels are supposed to be massive because jumping ranks isn't something you should be able to do with just a few topics; it should be a prolonged and consistent experience.
Genin - 0 Ranking Points, 0 Mission Points. C Rank Nukenin - 0 Reputation Points. Experienced Genin - 80 Ranking Points, 20 Mission Points. Chuunin - 160 Ranking Points, 40 Mission Points. B Rank Nukenin - 160 Ranking Points, 40 Reputation Points. Experienced Chuunin - 240 Ranking Points, 60 Mission Points. Jounin - 320 Ranking Points, 80 Mission Points. A Rank Nukenin - 320 Ranking Points, 80 Reputation Points. Experienced Jounin - 400 Ranking Points, 100 Mission Points. S Rank Nukenin - 400 Ranking Points, 100 Reputation Points. Kage - 700 Ranking Points, 200 Mission Points. Not earned through RP.
At each customary title you receive a slight bonus besides the increase of Chakra Points, that system is as seen below. Please note, these aren't free however they must be trained as if they were any other kind of jutsu.
Genin - C-rank and below. C Rank Nukenin - C-rank and below. Experienced Genin - C-rank and below, 1 B-rank. Chuunin - B-rank and below. B Rank Nukenin - B-rank and below. Experienced Chuunin - B-rank and below, 1 A-rank. Jounin - A-rank and below. A Rank Nukenin - A-rank and below. Experienced Jounin - A-rank and below, 1 S-rank. S Rank Nukenin - Unlimited S-rank and below. Kage - Unlimited S-rank and below, strongest ninja of the village.
From what I read there, Experienced house cat Jounin kinda falls short of the S-rank Bush cat Nuke-nin. |
