What do I do right now? Do I use Uzumaki Kazou or do I get to make a new character.

You can usae the same char. as long as you edit the char to fit konoha standards and such

No, he was already editted to do such. I just don't like him and never used a picture. I was unapproved because there was no picture.

Well, to be blunt I really didn't know. Using a character that I dislike purely because it's the whole concept of him being all happy. I prefere characters who have little cares and want to do things for their own personal gain usually. So I was just wondering if I'd have to use Kazou.

Since you are not accepted you can make a new character.

You don't have to edit the one you have archived. It is there just in case you want to use it again in the future. If you want a new character make the new character as if you did not make one already. Since your character is no longer accepted you have the freedom to create a new character as you wish

If you're activity here has proven anything its that those careless selfishness little emo characters clearly don't motivate you to roleplay, in fact thats why you created somebody with a different persona, but I think you're looking at things too black and white, its either sad or happy whereas I think you need to do something unique with your personality that will fuel your desire to actually roleplay with it.

Yet I don't see how I can describe my own personality. Most of my carelessselfishnesslittleemocharacters are close to me. But yet I've been told Im' cool by classmates and friends, I'm kind, awesome, etc. And I just dont' know what to believe.

As much as i respect your comments, your kind of making comments only you can decide upon and our words have little to no meaning on your choice of a character

Why make characters that are like you or that you can agree with? I find it's much more entertaining to roleplay as a character that you are opposed to rather than agree with. The sense of conflict flicks the switch on your imagination.
