Ansoni's Special Characteristic Training
Increased Chakra Capacity
As Ansoni sat on the cavern floor and wept over his father, who had now officially past to the other side because he had communicated with his son for the final time, Ansoni came to a fairly obvious realization: He had to get over it. It would be like this for the rest of his life. Without his father; without his family, without any place to call home, and without anyone to call family. He wiped his eyes of all tears, and soon all of them and even the remnants were gone. He looked to the ceiling of the cavern, where a few stalactites hung from it, dripping water from it, and Ansoni figured he might as well start the training he had been meaning to start for the past few weeks.
Whenever he used extensive amounts of jutsu, he seemed to get tired quite easily, so he figured he'd get started on increasing his Chakra Capacity. This being the case, he knew he'd have to do some rather intense meditating. He walked around the cavern for a little bit to possibly look for either a small clearing in the cavern or some sort of exit so he can begin. A few sloped existed here and there, but none provided an exit to the surface. However, he kept on going, looking for a way to get back up. After a while, Ansoni had found an old, abandoned mine, and a ladder that led to the surface. He climbed it, and arrived at a quarry. There was obviously no one at work, and it looked as if it had been this way for at least a few months. The only things that were present here were rodents and vultures.
The foreman's house was on the north side of the quarry, so he walked in, and he was shocked in how big it looked on the inside, with pictures and such hanging from the walls. So, since the den was large enough, he cleared it out, and sat on the ground. He crossed his legs, and looked to the ceiling, which was decorated with a design here and there, and finished off with a chandelier. He felt his chakra flowing through him, more easily now, as it just ran laps through his body, which was acting as a circuit, it seemed. The chakra seemed as if it didn't want to escape, but as if it wanted to run amuck, and just keep going and going and going. His body felt more energetic as the chakra coursed through his veins, his blood, his very being. Soon his chakra nature took over, as he felt his body chill up and eventually shiver. He began to turn pale, but his pain receptors basically shut off internally, as he felt no different than he had about ten minutes ago, before he began to meditate.
However, the feeling soon dissipated as the chakra began to grow slower. It's liveliness seemed to begin to fade, as it slowed in his veins and everywhere else, and he felt as if it were much more dominant in his body. His chakra felt as if it had become stronger, and he could definitely feel it too. All fatigue he once had recently was now gone, and he was replenished with more and energy, and frankly, power. But he knew this was only the beginning, he knew that he was jutsu happy during fights, and even when he was only sparring with friends, which allowed him to get tired fairly quickly, so he knew more meditating would be in store for him later. But now, thanks to the meditating he had just completed, he felt more energetic and strong, and he wanted to use this renewed energy. So, the rest of the Chakra Capacity training would have to wait, and be used as a cooldown.

| Clan Prodigy
After meditating for about a half hour, Ansoni got up and stretched himself out, and yawned a little bit. He was still in awe of how well decorated this home was for only being the foreman of a small country's quarry. Now since he had the chakra capacity, which allowed him to use more jutsu in a fight, he figured it would be better to strengthen his jutsu, so Ansoni decided that it would be best to focus on his Clan jutsu, which is always a good thing. So, because he manipulated ice, it's always a good thing to be near a water source of some sort of snow, or preferably ice itself.
After passing those damned caverns on the way to his eventual destination, he cringed a little bit, shook his head and continued to walk on. He looked around, looking as far as he could, for a lake, pond, tundra, snow-capped mountains, anything. But he found nothing. This being the case, he decided he'd have to expend his own chakra. So, being himself, Ansoni ran to a small pond he had found before, but before he had thought it wouldn't have been substantial enough for what he needed, but he knew it would have to do, because he seemingly lived by the phrase "Beggars can't be Choosers".
He walked up to the small pond, and into the shallow part of it. The pond was no bigger than a public pool, but it was about fifteen to twenty feet deep. He then concentrated some of his chakra. He stood there for a moment, trying to get it to a stable enough state to begin. After he was convinced that it was, he began.
He started with a fairly simple jutsu to start with: Hyōton Disuku, Ice Disk. He used all three possible uses of this jutsu, offense, espionage, and defense. With his new, "stronger" chakra, he threw a couple disks at a tree, which made a fairly large incision in the tree's trunk. That would've normally done like.... Nothing... It was nothing TOO impressive, but it was a good change that would be pretty helpful. Then, using the air's moisture, he created a barrier of ice, which would defend himself of any danger. But, before this, he set two explosive tags about five feet away from the barrier, and snapped his fingers, triggering the tags to explode. However, it only did very minor structural damage to the barrier. He then used a small bit of wire he had to tie together a few disks he conjured, and angled them to spy on the forest to the left of him, seeing a few squirrels and deer run by. About thirty feet away, he could see a bear, stalking a deer. He jumped around his small mechanism, and threw a disk at it, bringing it to it's knees. I'm lovin' this, normally that would have done nothing more than anger it and make it flinch.... Ansoni then climbed a small tree, out of the bear's reach, and remained there for a while, until he was convinced the bear wouldn't return.
"Let's kick it up a notch, now!" [size=13] Now he'd do something more challenging, something that will make things perhaps a little more difficult. Ansoni concentrated his chakra some more, now much more intensively, and he felt it coursing through him once more, like it did when he was meditating some time ago, back at the quarry, and he simply could not get enough of the feeling. He then began to use the Hyōton Haryū Mōko no jutsu, or Tearing Dragon Fierce Tiger. He concentrated all of his chakra, and froze over the lake for long enough to make the giant tiger of icey iceyness. As the tiger appeared in front of his own eyes, he ordered it to rush through the little mechanism he made of disks, and attack those two bears who were sitting in the forest about fifty feet away. It did so, and froze BOTH OF THEM, completely, from head to toe. Normally, if the tiger had done something like that, it would've frozen one, but may just slowed the other. This was truly a sight to behold. He loved these training results. Maybe I should do this more often.... |

| Improved Strength (I Wrestled A Bear Once)
After all of the hard work and effort he just put in, Ansoni felt as if the next thing he should work on is his worst aspect: strength. He knew he was already physically strong, but he knew there was always room for improvement. He breathed in the fresh air of the forest and water, and sat down for a few minutes, to gather his energy that he had lost when he had expended it when he used those two jutsu. He took a small bottle of water out of his pack, and took a few sips from it. He let out an "ahhhhh", signifying his feeling of hydration. This being so, he jumped up off of the ground, and began to jog. He figured building cardiovascular health is the foundation of every other sort of health.
After about ten miles or so of hills, mountains, valleys and slopes, Ansoni began to grow tired. Hiss breath got slightly heavy. Ten Miles? I really have to start doing this more... Ten Miles is not much for a shinobi, especially one of his rank. So, since he wanted to work on his strength, he started out small. He began to pick up a few rocks here and there, and throw them around, to build his arm, primarily his shoulder and his triceps. He gradually built from smaller rocks to larger ones. He had to begin to move his way into the forest to use the giant rocks there. He picked one up that he estimated to be about two hundred pounds, and he targeted a tree about one hundred feet away. He wound up, went through the motion, and followed through, and released the rock perfectly. It flew through the air with such majesty, that Ansoni stood there for a moment, in shock at how strong he had actually become with just a few hours of training. Well, the had great accuracy, and it had hit the tree square in the center of the trunk, and knocked it clean out of its roots, as it toppled to the ground.
Wow, my strength has improved by the boatload, and scores of boatloads at that! He really was in shock at how much of an improvement he made with just a couple of hours of short, but intense, training exercises. He looked around the forest some more, to see what he could do to test his strength.
Ah! A bear! I'll wrestle a bear! And if it starts to go well... Sour, I'll just use a jutsu to freeze it, or use my newly acquired strength to throw it away so I can start to run. So, he went and found a bear. After a couple minutes, he had the bear in a headlock, and in another few, down on the ground, roaring in pain or anger, Ansoni wasn't sure which. But, out of either, he released the bear in fear of hurting it more, and tossed it a few feet away from him, against a tree, as Ansoni ran away. He ran back to the small pond where he trained his clan jutsu and improved the control of his chakra nature. He then merely stretched himself out, beginning with his shoulders, and worked his way down. After a while, he found himself once more in a peaceful state, and ready to meditate once more.
Wow, with all his training, I'm definitely ready for the Tournament. We nukenin have it so much harder than those damned pampered Village Ninja of Konoha, there's no way I'm losing to one of them in this Tournament. Ansoni looked at the sky. The Sun wasn't even at it's highest point yet, but judging by the positioning of it, he'd guess it was about 930-10AM. I have plenty of time to get there, it's only about 50 Miles away. Let's see, if I train for about.... 4 or 5 more hours, I'd be done at 3, and then if I ate and slept, I'd be awake at about 1AM, which gives me ample time to the Stadium, with about four or five hours to spare! He was ecstatic. Ansoni had his day all planned out, and at this point, he couldn't be happier with the current situation. |

| Large Chakra Capacity
Ansoni arrived back at the pond from his strength training, which, believe it or not, he believed to be the easiest of them all so far. After stretching out his body in preparation for further exercise, a though appeared in his mind, and it told him, You don't wanna lose your grip on the whole "Control your chakra better" concept, Or the "Have a bigger chakra capacity" concept. So, he figured Well, my conscience, no matter how sporadic it may be, is right. I'll go back to meditating soon, after I eat, though. This being the case, Ansoni opened his pack and rummaged through his belongings. After a few seconds, a small plastic bag revealed a sandwich with a variety of lunch meats, with a small bottle of mustard, and a small bottle of his own homemade sauce, with a bottle of water, and a small plastic container full of grapes. He started to munch on them, but he figured the other half could wait, because he had to get his training done now if he were going to keep his schedule on track.
With that, he packed away his things as they were, and began to meditate. He closed his eyes, crossed his legs, and began to think. About peaceful things. Things such as how at peace he knew his father was, his peaceful forest and how serene it was, and about how at peace HE was with himself, and how his confidence in his skills would get him by in he upcoming Tournament being held by the Hokage and Konoha, which was T-Minus a day and counting off. He let out a long, drawn-out sigh, as if to have all of the negativity leave his body i one foul swoop, leaving nothing but serenity and good.
Here comes the feeling, I can feel it now. He loved the feeling of it, the feeling of the chakra coursing through him, he couldn't get enough of it. This is so calming yet exhilarating, I really should make this a daily thing. He could feel himself smile, but he's not sure if he did anything else. Meditating did that to him. Doing this made him so into what he was doing that he couldn't feel, couldn't think of, anything else but focusing on his meditation. The chakra was flowing through him now, even stronger than before. To the point where he could now barely stand it, to the point where it was actually beginning to hurt. It wasn't a pain you got when you got a deep cut, it felt as if it were more like the type of pain you felt when you had a stomachache. A bad one. Then the ice chakra kicked in. Ansoni was freezing. He could barely move to shift his legs, it was so cold. Shivering even became a challenge. It was not quite to the point of frostbite, but it was devastatingly cold. No normal person could take this sort of pain.... BUT NOT EVERYONE IS ME! Ansoni shouted this in his head as both a confidence mechanism and something to take his mind off of the pain. His body may be frozen, but his mind definitely was not. In fact, it seemed to be sharper than ever.
As the pain from his chakra slowly creeped away, Ansoni felt himself let out multiple sighs of both relief, and calmness. He could still feel it flowing through him, but it was that feeling he loved so much now. Not that one he just experienced. I know it'd be better for me in the long run, but as of now, i don't think I could take all of that pain much more than I did there. I'm both lucky and happy it ended when it did there. The chakra running through him slowly went away, but Ansoni remained where he was, and kept meditating. This is good for me, and I like it.
Slowly but surely, Ansoni opened his eyes and it revealed the world around him. The Sun had ducked back into the clouds with it's faded shine, and the sky had become mostly grey in color, due to the clouds that seemed to be moving in from the East. Now hopefully they stay... I'm gonna need them for the Tournament... He liked the Sun and all, but Ansoni always loved the rain and snow. It was his natural habitat, the climate he was brought up to love and cherish, because of his clan. And because of his now increased chakra control, the water from the clouds, water from lakes, and even water from other people, could be used for Ansoni, and he loved the feeling in knowing he could do so.
I hope I don't have to kill anyone in this Tournament. I mean I will if I have to, but if it's not necessary, I won't. The crowd and Village Ninja will think of me as malevolent when I enter, because I don't belong to a Village like they do. Well, that's just not right, I have my reasons for not being part of a village. Though most of the time I hate to show it, all my extensive training the past few days will not have been in vain... I will give the people what they think of me: Evil, Destruction, Malevolency. It really was the first time he felt powerful, Ansoni did. And he liked it. Alot. He wasn't sure what he'd be going up against, but he knows that with the training he's been doing, the Upper Hand will be his. Regardless.
After thinking such thoughts, he knew that this time of meditating was over. That same energy he felt the first time he had meditated arrived once more, the feeling when he was done: that spark of energy. He leaped to his feet, stood up, jumped on a rock, and proclaimed the following: "I AM ANSONI OF THE YUKI CLAN! ALL WILL REALIZE MY POWER SOON ENOUGH! THE PUNY VILLAGE NINJA WILL BOW BEFORE MY MIGHT!!! He knew it was a bit cliche and over the top, but he liked the sound of it. He felt like King of the world, and who could blame him? Meditating had that effect on him, and knowing he put effort in to better himself did much more than meditating ever could.
Because of this spark of energy, Ansoni figured, Why stop now? I have all of this energy, so I might as well continue this while I got my mojo going! And that, he did. Ansoni jumped down from the rock, put the rest of things away in his back, checked his sword, pouches, and clothing for any malfunctions or missing items, but found none. With this, he headed off to the small Mountain Range he had seen when he was searching for a place to go. This is going to be the fun part... Trying to train in the mountains is always hard, Ansoni knew. But since they were snow-capped, Ansoni was in his domain. People tended to do better in their domain, and Ansoni's case was no different.
He stopped for a moment on a small trail, and took a look at the mountains for a moment. Is that.... Getsugakure? He wasn't sure. He saw many lights on there, and heard the bustle of a city, but he wasn't entirely positive. He saw a lot of caves in the cliff faces, but he said to himself to avoid said caves. What am I wasting time for? The Village is of no relevance to me as of yet, I have to get going. |

| Evasiveness
Ansoni approached the mountains eager to begin his training. It was only about a half hour trek, so he figured he couldn't be too far behind schedule, for the Sun was barely at it's highest point yet, so he could only assume it was about 11AM. He gripped his pack tighter and tighter as he got closer to the towering land forms, and breathed more and more heavily with each step. Heights were never really my thing, but I have to get over it if I wanna achieve maximum power. With that thought in the foreground of his mind now, he took in one last heavy inhale, blew it out with a heavy exhale, and went on his way, up the small trail.
At what only could be guessed was about two hundred feet up, there was a small clearing, as if there was once an encampment here, made by whoever. A small bridge connected this part of the encampment to another small clearing on the adjacent mountain. Ansoni breathed in a sigh of relief because he knew he couldn't take it anymore if he had to go much higher than this. He put his pack resting up against the corner of one of the posts of the bridge that was jabbed into the ground. The mountainside was jagged, with a lot of indents and jagged edges, perfect for agility training, which was essentially what he'd be doing right now.
So, Ansoni stretched himself out like usual, and then readied himself to begin sprinting. He counted to ten in his head, and when hat clock in his head struck ten, he was off. He began running as quick as possible, and leaped when he was about 3 feet or so from the mountainside. He planted his feet as best he could to it, and leaped off, doing multiple flips in multiple directions, which, in battle, wold probably send any sort of projectile flying in any which direction. Wow, that was kinda fun.
Trying a different technique this time, Ansoni tried something a LOT more risky. He calculated a lot of things in his head, and figured, with his completely best jump, he could reach the bridge from the mountainside. It was a risk, but he'd try it, and take it from there. So, he gathered his breath, counted this time to twenty in his head, and began to sprint. He planted his feet normally, just like before, but this time, he jumped backwards, and to the side, doing flips corresponding to the direction he was moving in. When he knew he was facing the ropes, he opened his eyes, and he knew the jump was too short, and he was panicking.
Ansoni's heart was racing to nearly what should be five times the normal heart rate (slight exaggeration), he was sweating buckets, and all he could think in his mind was: I'm gonna die. I'm gonna die. I'm gonna die. So, as a last-ditch effort, he extended one arm, and he barely, but he did, grab onto the top rope. With his great strength, he lifted himself up with the one arm, propelled himself into the air, and onto the small rope of the bridge. The bridge wasn't very long, so he dropped himself onto the bridge, and lifted himself on the rope at the beginning of the bridge. He then began alternating to each rope, by jumping, and ducking, flipping, spinning, doing anything he could mid-air to what could eventually allow him to dodge an attack or incoming projectile.
When he got to the other side of the bridge, he lowered himself down, caught his breath for the first time since his-near death accident, and did the same exercises to go back to the other clearing. When he reached the other side, he grabbed his pack, and traveled down the mountain path, and began heading toward the pond, which should have, for the most part, de-thawed by now.
That's enough mountain climbing for me in one lifetime... |
