Question on Jutsu

I was wondering about the jutsu issue. My question is, if I fill all 15 jutsu slots in my genin application, will I be able to add more jutsu through training once my character is approved or will it be required to win jutsu slots in order to train them?

The 15 jutsu limit is only for starting characters. As soon as your character is approved, you can go to the Custom Registry section, to the Jutsu Section where you can either create your own jutsu and then train them in an IC topic, or request canon jutsu training approval. There is no limit on how many jutsu you can have, except that you need to train for every new one.
