Description: The most powerful form of their electric pulse technique, the Greater Electric Pulse is much more powerful. It requires high mastery of the clan member's electric flow in their body to utilize. The user will release a very tangible pulse of electricity four feet outward. The electric pulse comes out as hundreds of small blades of lightning that are capable of slicing through near any material as well as rendering organisms that it touches paralyzed.

Fixed, and not exactly. It's more like if someone is hit by a lightning attack, I can put my hand to their forehead and draw the lightning out of their body.
