How interesting Training the mind

The sun was high and a light breeze blew across Konoha, the birds chirped in the tree tops and everything was peaceful, well almost everything, Rita's brain was going at 1000 Miles per hour as usual, on this day she sat under the heads of the village Kages heads the had a multitude of Books spread around her, Books were her life and the access to unfathomable knowledge. She had two books open infront of her the first was Combat tactics, the second was battles through the ages. Rita was pouring over these tomes to better understand battle and how it worked. Rita had her note book open also taken notes and scribbling random drawings. As she knawed on her pencil something in the tactics book caught her eye 'Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat. it was an interesting proverb and made alot of sense basically meaning that strategy can work without the tactics but will take twice as long and using tactics without first having a strategy will be the end of everything. Rita quickly jotted it down and opened a third book on seals, even though the other topics were interesting Rita's main goal in like was to create the ultimate sealing jutsu and also create an item that can be used to store vast amounts of chakra that can be used to run things within the village.

Plopping the book open from the page she was reading before she pulled out the worn book mark and put it on the ground next to her mechanic fly catching frog. The page she was on talked about seals used to hold things in place within a person similar to the seal used to hold Bijuu within a Jinchuuriki. It was this kind of seal that Rita hoped to change and make into her chakra holding seal so this book was the one that interested her most. As she flipped pages reading at high speed and taking notes she grabbed another book and opened it up, placing it ontop of the combat tactic book. Anyone looking at her would have found this girl sitting under the Kages head with all these books rather strange

Something then dawned on Rita and she flicked through her note book at high speed on the second page was a bunch of mathematical equasions that she was working trying to work out chakra drain on a jounin while using high powered jutsu. She quickly scribbled something down and went back to the new book she had opened, of all things it was a book on Konoha's history, as useless as it would seem to anyone other than a historian, Rita found alot of useful things in Konoha's history, snippets of text from old Kages and Sannin of the village, great battle that had been fought over the years and the founding of this very village. Rita took more note and with a skilled eye managed to scan all the books nearly at the same time, soaking up their information like a spounge, she knew she couldn't remember it all but that what her notes were for. Having finished with the books she pulled out a small tool set and picked up her mechanical frog, she opened it up and started to tweek bits here and there using some of the knowledge she had just learnt from her books. Within seconds she placed the frog down and placed a hand on it, concentating she passed a little chakra through it. The frog sprung to life and leapt into the air, spreading small wings made from leather it floated around for several seconds, flicking a sticky metal tongue at buzzing flies, it then dropped back down motionless once again. More notes were taken this time stating that the chakra held for longer but not long enough. The sun was getting low and the temperature was rapidly dropping, Rita quickly gathered her books and placed them in a large book bag and slung it over her shoulder, he brain was still going rapidly.
