| Those limitations the staff take lately are nonsense. I mean, restricting genin to only one Kit is completely stupid. What about someone who specializes in both weaponry and medical ninjutsu, or fuuinjutsu? It doesn't make sense and a character cannot become overpowered depending on the number of kits he wields, since they are just a ninja's inventory containing tools depending on his rank and specialty. Hope you take my words into consideration and remove the limitation.
Thank you. |

| Hey, Scale.
Kit limitations have been initiated not to limit a character, but for practicality reasons. Kits are an extra weight on people, and especially at a younger age, the additional weight would hinder a character. For weaponry specialists, genin more noteably will not use more than what is already installed in their genin kit.
I'm sorry, weight is a huge factor and any ninja would realize as they are walking around that the more kits one has, the more noise one will make while walking, and let's be serious - a ninja needs stealth.
Chuunin are allowed two kits because they have the necessary experience to be able to use its contents more successfully and more often than not; they are larger in size so another kit would not be a hinderance.
The kit limitation had also been installed so those that do not have Weaponry specialities do not OP themselves by holding more weapons in a hope to gain a "third" speciality.
Also recognize that weaponry is not being limited since it can be carried in strolls, which in the long run, is more practical anyway.
One needs to understand that if people were not attempting to stack their characters, we would not have to install limitations such as this one.
I will note that these limitations are more directed at Weaponry, and if it pleases you, it can be rediscussed in regards to specialities regarding Fuuinjutsu, Medical, etc.

| EDITED: So why limit genins, instead of leaving them free to decide whether to always carry the kit or not for their sake? And of course, where will all these scrolls be stored? They need to be carried, too, so we face the same issue. It's not about being a limit, it depends on the character. And about the third specialty thing, I think that that's the staff's job on here. To decide whether the ones not wielding weaponry will have permission on additional weapons or not, while checking their application. Moreover, the ones actually having weaponry have nothing to do with those people who wish for additional weapons. In addition, kunai and medical tools do not require any considerable experience to be used, and a genin becomes a medical nin because of his training and is able to use first aid through his medical kit. So with all the above, the thing you said about experience and weight is not valid.

Weight will always be valid in terms of what kind of "armor" or kits being carried. |

| Kits have been increased in rank. The issue is no longer a problem. Solved.
