I said its being dealt with. I've exchanged a few PM's with him to see gain insight on what he believed the issue to be and have organized a skype call to hopefully resolve it and keep him around.

Darius is the Admin he has issues with, so to speak. I discussed what happened with him and it really was a misunderstanding and over-reaction.

I felt the situation was handled fine, all I told him to do was to drop it since the 'hate word' wasn't even directed at him and it was also meant in a joking manner. You call me faggot quite often, but I recognise it as a joke and don't go on my period when I hear the word.

I do call you a faggot, but I honestly don't think I've ever called you a faggot in the chatbox. I think he's overreacted quite a bit but when it comes down to it, Initake was insensitive, it states in the rules that such behaviour is permitted in the chatbox but keep in mind that some people can consider them offensive and if you're asked to stop you stop, not argue about it is if using such words can be justified.

This is a silly situation and I don't believe it should have resulted in Tony being banned. It was an overreaction and I would rather have one member who is albeit rough around the edges but loyal to the site rather than someone who is offended easily. Things like this are regular in actual life - get over it.

Tony was banned for extensive flaming after this issue, he wasn't banned for the direct issue with Aaron. He was banned for being a total fuckhead and failing to address the clear orders I was giving him as a staff member and blatantly disrespecting both John and myself, and then prepared to spam Brandens Trolololo face and on top of all of this, he wasn't even banned.
