Village OOC Area

Firstly, I want to assure you that this isn't a complaint. Rawr.

I checked the Kumogakure area, and it occurred to me that there was no where I could just freely talk and get to meet my other Kumo Ninjas. Now, this might be something you can swat down and say "PM them" or "You the chatbox", but I've always thought that its nice to have a planning area where you and ninjas of your village could chat without other ninjas peering in. Call me crazy, but a hidden village should be hidden right? So, I'd like to suggest the creation of an OoC area of sorts, where ninjas of the same village can plan stuff like missions and organize themselves.

And yes, we could just post anywhere at all, but that's chaos. I don't like chaos. If not, oh well. Just an idea that popped in my head is all.

I can agree and disagree with you at the same time. I mean, of course you have a point and it wouldn't be that bad of an idea, but the whole issue can be dealt with through the two ways you already mentioned and mocked.
