It was in the green, rolling hills that Saitou Masaki sat. His vibrant shock of purple hair standing out amongst the wildlife that occupied the numerous fields, and he lay in the long grass, looking at all that passed. In the hours since dawn, the genin had seen little other than rabbits, cows, sheep and deer. To his left, a small lake which he had considered swimming in, but had decided against. It was surrounded by many willow trees, their sad branches sagging as they stared at their reflection. The sun sat high in the sky, beating down mercilessly. No cloud could be spotted in the light blue sky, no relief from the unbearable heat. A dip in the water was getting more and more tempting. He sighed. The country side had been beautiful at first, but now it was bland and boring. There were no amazing colors, no flashing lights, wondrous smells and... it was just to quite. Crows flew high above the air, squawking a raspy croak that Saitou oh-so hated. Resisting the urge to throw a kunai, he half heartedly sat up, his shock of hair flowing in every direction. As he slowly rose to a stand, his violet eyes scanned, looking for anything new. But he knew the answer. And he was right. Nothing. Wearily, he yawned and stretched, trying to wake up. His violet eyes were still only half open.
The young genin had come because he was bored. He wanted... an adventure. Although he knew he could just get a mission from the Hokage, Saitou had a feeling it would be boring. But the countryside held few surprises. The possibility of training had crossed his mind, but he couldn't be bothered. He stood, waiting. For what, he did not know. He guessed he would soon find out.

Matsunaka walked from out of the village his best open and his hood on his head his long blowing behind him in the unseen wind that ripped through the country side. "If I had know that I would be dealing with this i would have stayed home,but the hokage needed me and I am willing to do what he says." Matsunaka looked at the rolling hills and saw another person there. Matsunaka put his head down till he got closer. When he got nearer he looked up and saw the purple hair and the person outfit. Matsunaka walked over and up the hill to the man. "Hello Saitou." He sat down next to the man and looked over the land. ("Though I can't put my foot on it something is going to happen today and it will be more than anything I can think of.") He harden his bones and removed his hood. With his bones harden any physical attack would end up being useless. Matsunaka slid bones out of his wrist so it would be hidden by his hands.
