Mission Objective: Inoshi has recently received a letter from the Otakage by a sound hawk during his travels. Within it was a criminal mission that's located within Rain Country. His duty is to infilitrate the village and locate a man named Tomota, who resides in the outer perimeter of the village inside a hideout located within a hill. Sound Village has reason to believe that he possesses confidential information that they can find useful within a stolen scroll. In addition to killing this man and sending his scroll to Sound Country via a hawk, clean out his hideout and make it your own.
Mission Time Limit: 2 weeks.

Sure. Tomoto is just a regular villager with no Ninjutsu talent, so a NPC template isn't really needed.
