| I noticed that in the topic Council Member that one of the special profession unique techniques that you have listed has a problem in it that is very odd. It doesn't seem like it was copy-pasted, some of the wording has changed from how I remember it back in my day, but there is the hillarious problem that I see here regardless of its origin...
- Quote :
Name: Ukojizai no Jutsu [Rain Tiger at Will Technique]. Rank: S. Type: Ninjutsu. Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A. Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with Pain's own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to Pain's senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone not of the village, the existence of the intruder can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it. Chakra Cost: 30.
Unless there is a character called Pain and he has exclusive rights to this jutsu, in which case it shouldn't be out in the open, the jutsu should have proper pronouns rather than a proper name there. I'd also point out that theres no specification of where or how the user obtains or creates chakra infused rain (ex. do they spread chakra into the sky and make it? does it have a Suiton jutsu before it? etc.) but the more pressing issue is that it doesn't have an element when it very clearly is Suiton aligned. It manipulates water, pure and simple, so that would make it of the water element. Dunno WHY the name was changed either, but thats not important.
Anyways, just fix the name thing unless you want to tamper with the mechanics. |

| Whatever yall' decide to do, just thought I'd point out what was wrong with it since it caught my eye while I was skimming around. Whatevers done is whatever is done, aint' any of my business or concern since I didn't plan on ever obtaining or using that technique. Too cliche' i'm afraid. |
