"Holy... this wether is insane...why in gods name did i try to come here..." The young boy Sodoji said as he truged through the high winds of the day twords the rain vilage.
he knew that he would be half way there, seeing as he had only left konoha mabye am hour or two ago.
his long blond hair was whipping in his eyes as the winds raged futher on.
"curse this wind..." as he neared the borders of konoha.he sat down to eat some bread and cheese he brought when the wing got so fast that it knocked the food out of his hands. Not much later after he got up, a twig whised past his ear. "shi-" the wind blew harder now that the rest of his words were lost "this was a bad day to walk to kumoha alone" Once the wind had died down, he started to make hand seals.

he slaped his hand on the ground, and up came a wall of rock he used as a sheild against the wind.
"damn" he said under his breath. "this thing is goanna be like a wind tunnel soon..." he sat down against the wall. "God... this day sucks."

Explain why you and winged would be heading to Rain Country, as two rookie Genin of the leaf village?

OOC: I would like to note i didn't know it would be in the rain country, but i can provide a reason for myself and Shirra (if he wants to use it).

As said in my character bio, Saitou's father is a hunter. He took Saitou on a hunting trip, pulling him away from his ninja duties, to the rain country. Whilst on their way there, a flare went up, and his father went to go and help who-ever had fired it. Saitou was to go ahead and wait for his father.
As for Shirra, if he wants to, i would suggest something along the lines of an important clan member falling terribly ill, and he was taking a visit out of respect, or maybe a family friend is ill, something like that.

Would that be plausible, or should we move this topic to Hi-no-kuni?
