Depends on what you mean by a training. If you're training Special Characteristics or Jutsu, then you cannot evaluate such a topic. If you're training/sparring for the sake of roleplay rather than some form of gain, then the thread can be evaluated without a problem. ^_^ Hope this helps.

You need Ranking Points and Mission Points to get a better rank (Genin-->Chuunin etc.) As such you may have already guessed that Missions, when evaluated, give you Mission points whereas any other topic (social, fight, spar etc.) will give you Ranking points. You usually need more Ranking points than Mission Points, and this is because we would rather see you Roleplay and have fun with others, than storm your way through a bunch of missions.
