Name: Asaba Clan
Location: deep in konohas mountain range lies the residence of the Asaba Clan. they have a house in Konoha but use it for diplomatic relationships with the hokage. they usually only keep the family of the genin training at the academy which they send every so often when one of the Asaba have demonstrated strong abilities.
Signature traits: Members of the Asaba clan are marked by the characteristics in their stances, they all retain their hands in their pockets when not in use, and are quite pale for their dark base at the Konoha mountain ranges. they also tend to sport dark, wavy hair.
Kekki Genkai: The Asaba clan are people indeginous to the rocky mountains, but with their heritage being in konoha, the land of fire, they developed a peculiar Kekki Genkai. known as Tsu No Seishitsu, or two natures. this allows both a fire nature, and earth nature of chakra to be contained in one shinobi. making any member of the Asaba clan use earth and fire jutsus with ease. this is shown in their gifted abilities in ninjutsu. members of the Asaba clan all have some sort of jewlery, with which they channel their Rendan jutsu, a jutsu which summons four dismembered chakra hands, capable of performing hand signs which draw on the shinobis chakra. History: The Asaba clan is a very pro konoha clan. they are patriotic about their home, and have fought in each and every war to protect it, and helped in the recovery efforts after every catastrophe.

Description: these hands are pyhiscal, just constructed from chakra, so they maybe summoned anywhere in their range, and they move as quickly as the user can manipulate his own limbs, they can also use jutsu from the shinobis move set, and combine them when cast in unison.

First of all anybody in here can have 2 elements without any problem while you describe it as something special. I would say to remove just that but extra hands and 4 of them to be exact, are denied. Simply because,as you said, you can cast 3 jutsus simultaneously which is a big no. So clan denied.
