It turns out that as I finally get back to my laptop, I get back to school. Yeah, I was originally going to return, but two french courses and one academic math course needs full attention, because I almost failed math last year. My school's GSA is also picking up activity, and I'm somewhat of a....co-leader in it. And Drama club too. So even though I'm back you'll see little of me.

Well, I guess it just depends on my Math and French courses along with Hockey. GSA's a school thing so it'll be unlikely, that, unless I need to contact some other group, it won't take up too much time. Drama might be different because the teacher running it wants to actually do plays and such.

Dramaaaa! <3 I can't complain too much if you're into Drama and Hockey, Nikki. Welcome back-ish, and have fun with all those activities you've got planned!

I'll be getting less active due to Adam's prodding about my activity and not notifying everyone. You can get me by PM, I'll find time to come on and check if I'm needed anywhere **coughcoughNukenincoughcough** Otherwise, I'll keep my activity low to pass school since this should be the easy term.

Adam's doing his job, and your failure to handle it respectfully with result in you being deranked, you were told you had an important spot in the Uchiha and you went inactive almost straight away, whether that could be helped or not your reason now is flat out disrespectful and is now causing you to lose a privilege.

Hopefully when or if you come back, you can maintain some sort character that won't be limiting other roleplayers by taking a high demand slot.

Maybe I should just not return. If I'm just going to try for something I like only to lose it just because of something that happens between me and you seems quite unfair. You may be the one who started the site but your not the people keeping it up. I figured the staff worked as a team and decided together. Guess I was wrong. Take this as being disrespectful or not, but all I said before this was, "because of Adam's prodding". I don't see how that's disrespectful. And not much happened with our conversation in PMs.

So yes, maybe I shouldn't return if you take a simple joke about how I phrased my words, and use those to de-rank me and that, why should I bother staying Adam? This is the second time I lost something because of an altercation with you. This one isn't even deliberate. Not even a warning to stop being disrespectful when it's really not. Everyone pokes fun once and a while. So why can't I?

Because you certainly go through life as a bisexual youth who has no clue what he wants to do with his life while his parents breath down his neck wondering when he'll get a girlfriend, all while half the student body poke fun at your choice in sexuality. What your doing now is bullying me back because I made a small comment on what you were doing. You Pmed me and I updated because you techniquelly wanted me to.

You say Im' being disrespectful? Well your doing it too. Your rule about the respect for the staff isn't even really much of a rule. If the staff do something like this repeatedly to you would you want to respect them? I can't say because I'm not you. I certainly don't feel like I'd have much, or I'd just stop showing it.

So shove my Uchiha character up and around the corner of wherever you feel like putting it. Frankly I don't care if you take this as disrespectful, I don't care if you ban me. And Adam, guess what? "So even though I'm back you'll see little of me." - That right there is the last sentence in my first post. I gave everyone fair warning I'd be showing up a little bit. So do as you will, it's your choice not mine. Just remember, enemies sprout from whatever they feel was important to them.

Mkay.

I would love to make a note that if an issue arises, let us please deal with it in a respectful, mature manner, yes?

This topic has been locked and archived due to immaturity and lack of resolution skills when it comes to a dispute.

Please feel free to PM a staff member if you have an issue.

Conflict Resolution 101.
