Otherwise, I have nothing else to say, apart from my confusion towards this "Jokey Boy" technique. Firstly, the name seems... unique. Secondly, I'm confused as to who actually developed the technique. Was it Muu's ancestors, or this Mizukage's ancestors? And speaking of the Mizukage, seems like he's from the same clan as Suigetsu and Mangetsu. Interesting.

But the Godaime Mizukage is more badass than the Godaime Hokage. If her council, advisors, or daimyo give her problems she just threatens to kill them and they cower. Tsunade wastes days trying to talk sense to people when the simple option would be so much more effective.
