| Well first things first. I am not Hawaiian or have ever been to Hawaii. I have been playing on forums for 5-6 years now. I am still active on my first site, which is WAY different than this. I have also played on several Naruto boards before this one but most of them have closed down. Now that that's out of the way I would first like to ask a couple of questions.
Would it be possible for me to make an application for a Jounin for Konoha?
When, unless this is top secret, are the other villages gonna open?

| Firstly, WELCOME TO US 2.0!!
Second, yes ou may but it must be very detailed to be a Jounin app.
Thirdly, they will open but only the staff know when.

Actually, you can only start as a genin unfortunately, unless admin approval is given, or though that isn't in every case.
If you have any more questions the staff (you can find them on your left) are more than willing to help, just contact them
