Name: Fuuin Yosu no jutsu (Seal Abolishment Technique)

Description: With the knowledge the user has over seals, they now have the ability to forcibly convert an opponent’s seal into their own, by pushing their charka into the seal and manipulating it. Thus, they are able to prematurely dispel the seal, or use it as though it was their creation. The user cannot affect seals above their rank. Also, the user can only dispel the seals that are on their rank, and have no other control over it. Seals that are below the user’s rank, however can be controlled and manipulated. Seals used in conjunction with tags (e.g. the Gokuu Fuuin barrier) and most barrier type seals are immune to this technique.
Chakra Cost x2 of the cost of the seal to be taken over.

Name: Fuuin Katsugi no jutsu (Seal Transfer Technique)

Description: Seeing the need to extend their range to plant a seal, the user can now place a “carrier seal” on a weapon. This seal actually hosts the seal that the user actually intends to activate. When the thrown projectile with the carrier seal touches an object, the carrier seal rushes down the weapon onto the surface it struck, and further if need be. Once at the point intended, it evaporates, and the “carried” seal is activated. The rank of the carrier seal must not be lower than the rank of the host seal, or the jutsu will fail.

Name: Ku Fuuin no jutsu (The Void Seal Technique)

Description: This technique is used as a defense against large sized, long ranged attacks. The seal is instantaneously formed on any point of the user’s skin, at which it opens into a dark purple spherical vacuum, five feet in radius, that hangs very close to the user. The vacuum has a sucking effect that draws incoming ninjutsu or weapons into the vacuum, which then reverts back to a seal and stays on the user’s body, anywhere they want. At their wish, the user may release the jutsu or weapons back at their opponent, at the same speeds with which they were absorbed. Once the Ku Fuuin absorbs a technique or weapons, it cannot absorb again, and if not used to absorb after five seconds, it disappears. However, once it has trapped something, it can stay indefinitely, but must release its contents before it can vanish away.

Um, if I remember correctly, I was given a free training slot for ~~getting my butt...~~ uh, participating in the Moon Country Tournament. I hope it's not too late, but I guess I could use that slot to train the first jutsu?
