Description: The first level in the art of speed accessible to those who have undergone intense training in high speed movement. The possessor of this talent has an increased speed of 20% which makes them slightly faster. They can cross distances quicker than others would expect and outrun others with little effort.

As a child, Kanu was a very quiet and stoic girl. She lived with her mother who was the person she loved the most in the world, even more than herself. Her father had walked out on them when she was born, and she was a only child alone with her mother. Kanu mother life wasn't very easy and her mother was forced to work several jobs to make a income, and did what was necessary for the too to live happily. They had no family in the village of light to help them. None the less, she still couldn't make Kanu a wealthy life like other children had, but none the less Kanu was happy just being with her mother.

Kanu had always wondered what had come off her father. She was a very loving little girl and even though she didn't like the fact that her father had abandoned them, she still loved him and hoped to meet him some day, just to forgive him even what he had done. The village hidden in the light wasn't a very shinobi like village. There were very few ninjas and it's appearance and lifestyle was more like that of modern society. Instead of ninja academies there were normal schools and high schools. Most people who wanted to become ninjas would have to do so training themselves. None the less, the village was a very prosperous village and was one of the most wealthiness villages, despite not being one of the five great shinobi nations.

Kanu attended to the 'Chengdu High School' and was a top class student. She didn't have many friends except one who was her best friend, named Ryuubi Gentoku. She had always been a beautiful girl, with her long blue hair and wonderful skin and good looks. She lived the life of a typical teenager, and while she wasn't completely happy, she made her living work for her since she knew her mother would want her to be happy. She was slightly difference that she had the same hormonal feelings as a girl her age, but it was mainly directed towards Ryuubi who she grew to love. Because of her quiet persona she was often taken advantage, but Ryuubi often was the one who would bail her out with her fearless attitude. And so was Kanu's life.

One day the vllage of light was the target of a raid from the hidden mist village. Most of the light villagers of the light village was very snobbish and was heartless in that they didn't share their money with the villages, and during a time of need, Kirigakure had ask for there support financially in the past. The village not being filled with ninjas were easily destroyed and overrun without much trouble from the blood thirsty kirigakure ninja. Kanu at that moment had witnessed the death of her mother and was traumatized at losing the most important person in her life. On that same night, Kanu lost her innocence along with her mother. She was harhly raped by the men who raided the village. Kanu didn't mind dying right there, since her mother was killed. She was left with many questions as to why she was left alive. All the other villagers had been killed and she was the only one left alive. She would have preferred to die with her innocence and see her mother in the after life, but instead she was left alive with nightmares from that day.

The next morning of the invasion Kanu awoke to a destroyed and completely abolished village. The cold breeze of the morning shivered her spines from her being completely naked from the incident. She felt the blood from her private genital run down her legs and she began to cry. Kanu left the village behind before she dug a suitable grave for her mother and best friend Ryuubi on the outskirts of the light village. The stink of the dead villagers was too much to take. She was no idiot and took some money along with her from the dead villagers.

After leaving her village behind, Kanu joined the leaf village, with new set goals. She undergo-ed a personality where she became more bold and brave. She joined the academy with golds set to revenge her best friend Ryuubi and her mother. She joined the academy at a late age though because of her having to go through a series of process before she can officially become a citizen of the leaf. Once that was over with she passed the academy with the best grades in her class.

Even though she had gotten rid of her quiet and shy persona, she was still a little shy though, primarily when pushed to her limits. She couldn't completely get rid of it, and was taken advantage even more, to the point where she became the victim of various males. At the age of 16 she finally found the strength to stand up for herself after visiting her mothers grave. She grew to hate men and seeks to prove that a woman can be as powerful as men, and even stronger.

If he/she is unable to make a clean strike, he/she will strike anyway as a feint, to draw his/her target's attention and defense to one area. The user can then strike the undefended area and begin knocking them downwards towards the ground. As the enemy falls back to the earth, the user will deftly rotate his/her body around to deliver a full force kick to their chest.
