Description: Kumosouiki is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Kumos clan members. If the clan member is in any territory and needs to rest but still remain on guard, he can lay spider thread through all the surrounding area. Unknowing ninja will take the thread as common spider thread, however this thread will run all the way back to a finger on the clan member's hand. Any movement against a thread will pull it all the way back to the clan member's finger and alert them to the nearby presence. This attack can be destroyed by the target emitting more chakra than the jutsu requires.

Description: Kumomayu is a Ninjutsu technique unique to the Kumos Clan. Clan members will first create a large ball of sticky thread, which they will burst to expand and capture their opponent. After the clan member catches an opponent, they will begin to pour on layer upon layer of thread to build up a cocoon around them. The stickiness comes from the clan member mixing their chakra with their body fluid. The technique is so refined, that even after having left their body, their chakra will still continue to flow through the thread to hold their opponent in place.

Description: Kumosenkyuu • Suzaku is a Ninjutsu technique unique to Kumos clan members. They will expel kumonenkin thread from their mouth, and gather it to form a large warbow. Next they will open their third eye on their forehead to increase the pin-point accuracy of his shot. The clan member is known for not making any wasteful attacks, each attack will be used to further refine ways to kill their target. As they refine the attack, the power and accuracy will further increase.

Their bow firings can take several forms. A normal arrow will be formed by expelling golden spider thread from their mouth into the shape of an arrow. Another variation will harden into an arrow but have a string of spider thread attached to the end. When this version is fired, the trailing spider thread will contain their chakra, this can allow them to maneuver the arrow wherever it needs to go to hit their opponent. If the arrow hits an obstacle though, it can be moved off course. A third variation can be used to avoid any deviation. This version will contain a screw-tip, this design will cause the arrow to spin and pierce any obstacle it hits. This bow is the size of a longbow, and can only be dismissed by the user.

Their chakra will remain in the web even after it has left their body. The webbing is so strong it can support a large amount of weight, up to around 5 tons. The clan member can use this opportunity to launch kunonenkin daggers at their defenseless foe. No matter how much the opponent tries to cut the webbing, conventional edged blades will not be able to slice it.
