Physical Appearance:
The members of the Heikishira clan come in all shapes and sizes, though it is common to find rather strong and rugged builds within them, especially within the males of the clan. This is due to the fact that the clan makes most of its income and employment within the blacksmith industry; as well as enlisting their members as shinobi of the village. Members tend to dress in rather simply clothing, due to their profession; fancy or expensive clothing is just going to get ruined in a forge. Hair color varies between jet black, brown, and maroon, being fair and thin and coming in a many different styles; though when working it is common to find members with their hair tied up to keep from catching fire. Lastly it appears that many of the members, vastly seen within members of the ages of thirteen and older, have their ears and sometimes face pierced. Those of the clan who have enlisted as shinobi will have a tattoo somewhere on their body that permits their Buki Shiru.

Forging and Expertise:
All Heikishira clan members are taught to some degree of how to forge and work with metal and craft weaponry. It is required that each member trains with the various weapons they forge, giving them at least some expertise with various weaponry. Those who enlist as ninja will usually train a bit more with some weapons, to help them prepare themselves more for the dangerous life as a shinobi.

Buki Shiru - Weapon Seals:
Buki Shiru is a special weapon seal that was created decades ago by the senior craftsmen of the clan when they studied in the arts of Fuuinjutsu. This small seal is taught to be imbued or written on any weapon and is the direct link between Heikishira clan techniques. The seal works by first being drawn or placed on the weapon or object of choice. That seal will already be tattooed on the clan members body. This will create a pathway that allows the user to use that weapon with their jutsu. This pathway can only be used while the weapon(s) or object(s) are within 35 feet of the user. For multiple weapons with active seals on them; each one has a separate seal. Despite the seals being the same, each one creates a separate pathway to the user. This allows the user to pick and choose which weapon and seal they want to use, instead of having to use all at the same time.

Weapon Seals can only be placed on weapons, paper notes, or other small-medium objects. These seals can not be placed on other people, due to the fact that the seal can't handle a connection between two people. If a new seal is placed on a new object by the user, that seal will only be able to be used once before it will have to be replaced. Objects with the seal imbued into them or crafted into will be open for use as long as the item or weapon itself remains intact.

History:
The Heikishira clan dates back to the days of old, back when the Great Ninja Nations were just starting out. Back then they were merely a small clan of blacksmiths, who happily welcomed the newly forming reign of ninja. They quickly prospered with the incoming business that the Village of the Leaf brought to them due to the materials they needed to simply build their village. With the contribution by the Heikishira clan, the Village of the Leaf eagerly welcomed them as a part of their Village, which would change the Heikishira clan to what it is today. Soon after the clan learned the ways of the shinobi, which changed the simply clan of blacksmiths into a mix of both craftsmen and ninja. This lead to greater ties with the Hidden Leaf Village and the evolution of the clan. They developed new weapons and secret clan arts, which those who enlisted as ninja would come to learn and pass down through the generations.

Soon enough the Heikishira clan became rather wealthy and strong, growing in size to what it is today. They have gained much respect for their craftsmen ship and have even spread across the Fire Country to expand their trade. Now the clan has neighboring mining towns, to fuel their materials and create jobs, while they set up various shops in various towns. To this day they run their trade through the country and supply all who need metals and metal work done as one of the biggest, if not the biggest, blacksmith and material businesses in the land. Though not all their fame comes from their handy work. As the years have passed, the clan has gained a lot of reputation as expert weapon users and shinobi. They don't come across as famous as some of the more powerful clans in the Leaf Village, but for a small clan they have earned their place within the walls of Konoha.

Description: This technique is very similar to the Body Replacement Technique in the base that the user switches themselves with a near by object. However this technique can be used in various ways, other then just defensive. The most common way is the user substituting themselves with say a kunai or shuriken that has been thrown, maybe to avoid an attack or get closer to their target. This technique is also great for positioning ones self for sneak attacks or striking at blind spots of their enemies. Also, unlike the Body Replacement Technique, this technique can only be performed with weapons that have the clans weapon seal on it.

The problem I can see with this is that using thrown, sealed kunai to 'transport' yourself is not all that different from the Flying Thunder God Technique. Obviously you don't intend this but from the description I could see it being abused as such. I have similar reservations about the simple Replacement technique too, so don't think you've done something particularly wrong. I'd suggest re-wording this so that it can't be used like the FTG - perhaps speed of movement, situational use etc.

Description: The Weapon Clone Technique is a rather basic technique. The user will first create a Shadow Clone. Then they will fill that clone with weapons and when the clone is close enough it will explode and the weapons will shoot out in all directions.

If I knew nothing about the Shadow Clone technique then this would be fine. But knowing that SC is a B-rank, it kinda follows that this should be A-rank. Even though I don't think, as a stand-alone technique, it should be. Plus, SC costs 15 chakra. This needs to cost more than that. If you increase the chakra cost enough, it could probably pass as B-rank.

You should specify that this pre-created seal is 'Tagushīru'. The part I've bolded... needs re-wording. I'm finding it difficult to understand exactly what you mean here, especially the 'either' part (it has no alternative!). I don't see that this is all that different from Lightning Blade Creation (but with tags stored).

Description: Tagushīru is much like Buki Shīru, in the fact that it is used to open up new ways for Heikishira clan members to use weapons with their jutsu. This seal is the seal that allows the user to quickly create explosive tags for jutsu like Bakuhatsu-tekina Tagu no Sakusei Gijutsu and Tairyō Bakuhatsu Tagu no Sakusei Gijutsu. Of course this seal is a tad bit different. This is because, unlike Buki Shīru, it doesn't have a life span because it is a one way use. It is used to create explosive tags filled with chakra.

When you say 'new ways', does this mean just tag creation? I refer back to the comment about Lightning Blade Creation making this a bit superfluous.

Thanks for all the advise. Due to it I have been able to work out the kinks and re-word or change things more in terms of functionality. Hopes things are easier to understand and I hope for either more feedback/advise or approval.
