will, those with enough xp to be chunnin have to wait until enough people are at that level for the exam? Wondering how this is going to work

The Staff has a plan to run some sort of event, which will rank up members that show dedication and a level of quality. Not to spoil it or anything, but this may not exactly be a Chuunin Exam Wink But that's all I'm willing to say right now. There should be more information released this weekend hopefully, or on Monday, depending on how the Staff's timetables mix.
