Description: Matsunaka sends his chakra infused calcium over his entire body to make his bones grow and cover his entire body in bone-like scales. His skull and jaw elongate to grow larger so that it may compensate for the extra teeth that he grows. The back of his skull come out to cover down his back of his head to his neck leaving half of his hair out. Little bone spikes are on the plates of scales that he grows. He makes his spine stronger and forms a flexible bone tail that is a meter in length and wraps around his feet. He grows claws and his eyes have black irises.

This feels more like a B rank, if I'm totally honest Scorpio... and what's with the C-S Rank? You do realise that not every technique has to have multiple levels of strength and frankly, I don't see how this one would differ. How would it? Also if you want to have multiple ranks, surely, you should mentioned possible changes as well as different chakra costs, which tells me that either you rushed this technique or you just wrote 'C-S' and hoped for the best D: Eh, I would say it's a no go, although I would like a second opinion from another mod.

I completely agree with what Enma said. This is definitively not a C rank. Also if you really want this to be B-S rank, which isn't really necessary, you would have to describe how does this technique get stronger by rank.

Ok even though the technique is good now, you're still a genin, so wait until you rank up when you can have the jutsu
