It's been two days I can't rp because this is quite critical seeing as my character uses ranged weapons. I can wait forever until it's answered but I guess all 20-some views weren't any staff unless this raised questions....... bump

The Genin Kit contains two scrolls. Therefore you can use this technique twice per topic.
