Physical Appearance
The Clan members special features are their eyes with the black scela and the white stroma. Too, it is special that Members have any kind of hair color except black, brown and blonde. The Clan fashion varies in color, but not in looks, they wear long cloaks without sleeves. Another trend is it to wear masks or hide the eyes behind some kind of clothing.
Most of the Members tend to engrave the clan symbol right and left to the village sign on their forehead protection.

Specialty
The Members of the Kagami Me Clan were known for their terrific Doujutsus, their barrier techniques were feared by many.
But members of the Kagami Me Clan cannot do any kind of Jutsu (besides Taijutsu, Kenjutsu, puppet jutsus or fuuinjutsus) until they are 16 and gain their Kekkei Genkai. Thats why they have one of those as specialisation, in order to survive until their 16 birthday.

The Kagami Mes' special Kekkei Genkai is the Kuragari, which made the clan so powerful. It first appears at a members 16 birthday, at the exact same time of his birth. He will feel pain, equal to the pain of burning, in both of his eyes, which holds on for one hour, in which the scela turns black and the stoma turns colorless, after that his vision changes.

There are three forms of he Kuragari.

1 Form: Komaka Kuragari | Small Darkness
This is the first state, the Member is in after his 16 birthday. One cannot see any colors anymore and everything looks black, grey and white, otherwise the seeing ability is pretty much like before. The Member is now able to see chakra of all persons surrounding him, he can identify the amount of chakra they carry around and whether they channel it through a certain limb or concentrate it to use a jutsu.

2 Form: Meirou Kuragari | Bright Darkness
This is the second form of the Kekkei Genkai, it will appear at the users 19 birthday. The process is the same as before, on the users birthday on the exact time of birth, his eyes feel like they are burning, but this time the pain is twice as much as before if the user survives this he now obtains the Meirou Kuragari (Members often get unconcious after the progress, or they become unable to move becouse of the pain). The Member now can only see everything in black black colours and white contours, chakra still appears in its former colour.
His iris has changed shape,too and looks similar to that of an snake.
It needs a bit of training to get back the feeling for distance and speed, but in exchange a member is now able to focus his sight on something in sight (person / object / etc...) which allows him to track it automatically.

Example: Meirou Kuragari user Maken fights Rock Lee. Rock Lee runs behind Maken with his amazing speed which could be compared to teleportation, but Maken who has focused his eyes on him automatically turns his head to him.
This doesn't have to mean that he can keep up with the movements, but at least he doesn't lose sight of his target.

3 (Final) Form: Mattaki Kuragari | Complete Darkness
The Member is now blind, at the age of 22 on the exact time of birth, the Member fells the burning pain again, but this time it's 5 times more painful, it is possible that weak Members lose their life during this proces, but even the toughest ninja will not be able to keep himself from twitching on the ground. After the one hour proces the iris completely vanished, the world around the Member becomes black and there is no way to regain sight or avoid losing it by any means, besides using "Joukei" to regain it in exchange for chakra. After using "Joukei" he is now able to see through genjutsu.

But even without the Jutsu only a small amount of them has problems with these circumstance, because the members are trained their whole life for this moment.

History:
The Kagami Me Clan was a very old and well known clan, but due to a *incident* 40 years ago they got forgotten by most people, only old ninjas still know about this clan.

The Clan was founded by Yami Kimimoto, a young man with a dream. He wanted to create the strongest clan ever and bring peace and union to the world. A big supporter in this clan was his Kekkei Genkai. At that time the clan wasn't called Kagami Me, but Mikomi (Hope). Yami spended his life searching for friends and villagers and when he died he could look on a formidable city, full of strong and honest ninjas. At that time he had 4 children, every single one of them had the Kuragi. Each of the Kids created one jutsu which became the clans special jutsus.

It took 147 years to get a whole village of Kekkei Genkai bearers and times had changed. During the last 100 years many things had happened and the village had become a well know mercenary village. Due to past money problems the village had to change it's job specialization and after they became rich and well known no one wanted to change it again. So the villagers lived on, but over the next centurys they changed, Yami and his formidable dream got forgotten and money got more important than anything else. They didn't care anymore what kind of job it was, or for whom it was, it was all just about the money. During the next raging wars they fought on all sites and got to known as heartless demons, who would slay anyone for money. During these times they made many enemys.

Then, 40 years ago the Demon-Massacre-Incident occurred. No one knew exactly what happened at that day, the 13 Friday XXXX when a whole village of legendary Shinobi got erased from the world forever. There wasn't a sign of a huge army attacking the village and a single man couldn't possible do something like that. It still is a riddle, even through many believe that a Tailed Beast was the course for the incident.

But even through the clan was destroyed their civilication wasn't. It is said that there are still survivors of the tragic incident, that meant that there probably is a next generation of Kagami-Me Ninjas, somewhere in this world.

[Finishing Note: The here listed jutsus are the standard jutsus every Kagami Me Member knows/ remembers after obtaining the proper age (after obtaining the proper Kuragari form) it is possile to create your own barrier jutsus doujutsu or ninjutsu or whatever you want, but please look that they are similar to the standard barriers]

1. well the effect of the jutsu is basically to make things fly in other directions and it doesn't deal any damage at all, well if you crash into a wall it may hurt
if it's still op i gladly make it b rank ^^

2.jeah just to frekem out and hide stuff like holes, cave entranced and other stuff.

since its a Mirror clone, Mirrors are made out of glass..
If you attacked, and the mirror broke, then shard of glass would go flying..

I don't particularly like the idea that for no exact reason, your Clan Members can perform these amazing feats from their eyes. To be honest with you, I'm kind of seeing a reference to the Sharingan, although you made the 'leveling up' process brutally easy, by turning your Kekkei Genkai into an... automatic 'upgrade'. Rather than train, you just grow up and the eyes apparently grow up with you, so that past 22, everyone in your Clan is a talented killing machine. It's a strange thing that no one seems to be bothered by this Equality.

So what would I like to see being changed? Um. It's hard to say. I would definitely want to see reasoning behind why an Eye (which sort of goes blind), has the power to create barriers and 'Portal'-like portals. Might as well call it the Portal Gun Clan.

Thus, to conclude.
- Could you please explain how the Eye develops this awesome power.
- Could you please remove the Rock Lee example
- Could you merge the techniques together, or specify why one is considered secret
- Could you go through the text and check for grammatical and spelling errors

okay i get all these things you say ^^

1: how do you want me to describe how the eyes develope?
they just slowly release their true power and until the 22s birthday it isn't in its completed form..
to everytime it evolves the user is in grave danger of dying, i had planned to create training post for each upgrade where a member has to describe how he (if he..) survives the pain attacks which come with each evolution of the kuragi.

2: should i make another example or go without any?

3:the secret techniques are the oldest techniques and the techniques the eyes can do by themselve, the other doujutsu are just common known and used jutsus which one has to first learn, too i intended to make people able to create their own barrier based doujutsu.

4:of course, sorry for all the errors

5 and last: the creation of barriers is the main kekkei genkai of this clan, other than the byakuran or the sharingan which focus more on the additional abilitis of te eyes, this clan focuses more on using doujutsus.

if you see to many connections to the sharingan tell me and i will change it ^^

An idea, I really loved your Custom Jutsu ie. Sealing & Blades, whilst on the other hand, I'm not really a big fan of this Clan and its Abilities. What I would love is, if you could create a Clan based on your Customs. Obviously with Higher Rank Techniques and what not, but based on that very same concept. Would you be interested in doing that? Or are you adamant about having this Clan accepted?

i would love to do something like that...

but srsly i really liked i my ideas of barriers, mayb i would like something like telekinesis or smt too....

or one of my favourite stuff, rreuce oneselfs weigt, not increasing though,just becoming gt as a feather >> you got what i mean`?

I'm with Chris on this one. The two focus points of the clan, it's doujutsu and it's secret techniques, have next to no relation to each other and the techniques themselves are iffy to begin with.

The power of prediction would be perhaps one of the most over-powered abilities any person could possess in a combat situation so no, prediction is out. The same thing goes for telekinesis if it isn't linked to some form of elemental manipulation.

Weight reduction seems like an ability with too limited a use but feel free to utilize it in a clan.

NEW IDEA:

i want the clan to be like it is... without the eyes tacking and genjutsu breaking ability through and instead of setting barriers they can transfer seals into different position, just with their eyes, through the blindes they get a special sense of "space" or smt like that...

so they create arriers which have now seals on them or smth, and considering the amont or widt of the seal the arrier its placed n differs in size to >>
