| Is it possible for there to be a B ranked Genin who has not gotten the title of Chunin yet until there is enough people to perform an actual exam? In the anime, naruto is an S ranked Genin if I am not mistaken? Other wise people with the necessary experience might be waiting for a while until there is an exam. Just wondering. |

| You stated that in the series Naruto is an S Rank Genin, in actuality he is nothing but a Genin so I corrected you. Regardless of his power he still holds the same rank and theirs no distinction made as far as I'm aware. |

| Unfortunately, Naruto & Sasuke are the only real examples, where the Shinobi system doesn't reward skill with rank, and this is purely because both of them were away, when all the Chuunin Exams take place - in the first couple of episodes, many characters comment on the fact, implying that Naruto would pass the Exams with ease.
In the first Anime Series, there was another exception - Kabuto's team, who was seemingly more powerful than everyone else. This is probably because they were infiltrating the village, and thus, no doubt did hold a Higher Rank. So unfortuntately, no, you can't be a super awesome Genin, without being ranked up. If you so wish, you could become a Criminal at the rank of Genin and thus technically, remain a Genin even when you achieve S Rank, however unless you're prepared to do that no such feature exists on our forum. |

| Just for the notice, Experienced Genin is supposed to be that slightly higher rank/distinction from usual Genin.
Solved. |
