Forum Log Out

Well the forum keeps logging me off, constantly, without me actually doing it. Im set to auto-log and while a log out every once in a while is common and expected, a log out every hour or so is more than usual and a bit annoying. Dunno if anyone else is having the same problem or if its just me but its a pain.

if u log in from a different computer, then it will log you out on the previous computer, if not... idk

I wouldn't have posted if I already had the solution to the problem. If it was that simple I would have the solution. Or in logical syllogism...

Hm...thats not happening with me and that would imply its a Forumotion error. I'll try and log out on 3.0, log back in, and then see what happens to my US account here. I shall report findings.

Nope, that doesn't cause the problem. I've had no issues.

Hmm, well something similar happened to me as well. I came to the site and found myself logged out despite having been logged in a short time ago, though I figured it was just my browser glitching. It occured twice in a row, but now the problem seems to have resolved itself for me.

I've also experienced problems similar to these... At first I thought it was because I'm not on an actual computer, or it was just 3G playing up, but if other people are getting it then I guess it's not related to my connection. It isn't the hugest inconvenience for me, but it isn't exactly welcome either.

Hmm. Haven't had a problem like that here for a while. When I started it was doing that a bit then I remembered to click the box under the login info and it's been fine since.

Maybe see if your web browser and any security software is set to automatically dump a connection after a set period of time maybe?

Same here. Likely something with forummotion, as it was happening to my site as well. Seems to have gotten better though, haven't had any problems today.
