| the creation system says that you can only carry limited c-s rank weapons around.., but i as a fuuinjutsu user should be able to place fuuinjutsus on my ranged weapons before a topic, right? as kind of preparation...
or is that forbidden.

| If you're talking about kunai and shuriken as ranged weapons, then if you have them sealed away they will remain that way until you've exhausted your supply of them. This is a way to keep more weapons about your person for a Fuuinjutsu shinobi. |

| Nope... I ment it like for example beforehand putting seals on my kunais etc. Like my explosion trap seal Which is a seal that can release explosions |

| I believe Masamune might be planning to use these seals for things other than explosions; and although he could use explosive tags for similar effects, he may simply want to increase his arsenal. For instance, before a battle, he might put a seal using Fuuinjutsu on the kunai with effects other than explosions, to create 'special' weapons. Minato's Kunai would be a good example, although I don't think he plans to use it for Time/Space jutsu. |

| Well, I do not personally find an issue with your character carrying "preset" kunai and so forth, however, if you wish to do this, you must post before each event in which you are likely to use them the actual post of you casting the jutsu on the weaponry. It is the only fair way to approach this idea and let's remember as well - be reasonable when it comes to the amount of weaponry you are carrying.
Also, as a note directed to what I mean when I said "before the event", I actually mean that when you're in the thread, you are posting this before you become fully active in it.
Example:
X was meeting in the forest with some of his fellow village shinobi to catch a nuke-nin. Suspecting that there may be trouble, X quickly withdrew his kunai and with deft movements, he completed the necessary hand signs, weaponizing his knives. Finished, he quickly sealed them back into his scroll, placing it on his back. X was now ready.
Of course, let's have a little more detail then that! (: |

| Seeing how these cards are already preset and there are a variety of three different cards, I would suggest 5 since you are only a genin and that after that, they must be replenished in an actual post as I had stated above. In a real "Narutoverse" they would have to do this before a mission, and I believe that we must live by the same concept here.
So, before a mission, you must "weaponize" the cards, wasting the 1 or 2 chakra points per card. |

| By that I am referring to as a character, he is allowed to hold 5 cards as a maximum for each type. You must spend the time and chakra, however, to weaponize them before each event as I stated above.
Sorry if I wasn't clear! D: |
