| In addition to the standard specialties characters use, the following additional specialties are allowed at a lower level that is listed as following:
Ninjutsu Taijutsu Weaponry Genjutsu Genin N/A N/A N/A N/A Chuunin D D D D Jounin D D D D S Rank C C C C
You will note that the above specialities do not include Fuuinjutsu, Puppetry and Medical Ninjutsu which require technical knowledge and study well beyond what can be picked up in passing.
In this light, characters who qualify may have up to 5 techniques per specialty up to and including the rank mentioned in the table.
as I understand from the above taken from the Rules and Guides section. My charry, being a medical ninja, Can not use Fuin jutsu even if it is E rank. Can anybody please help. preferably a mod.

| That's correct. Those three - Fuuinjutsu, Puppetry and Medical Ninjutsu - are unique, and can't be learned unless they are your specialty. Even though an E Rank, your character would lack the training/know-how of creating/using Seals. |

| May I contradict? kthx. Anyway; since E-rank jutsu are technically Academy by definition, and thus are easily learned even by 10 year olds; would it not make sense that such a jutsu as Chozou no Jutsu (below) would be allowed? E-rank does mean the absolute basic. No E-rank technique I recall could really create a complex form of jutsu, although I may be wrong. If I recall in the canon, even Naruto could use a variation of Chozou no Jutsu with absolutely no Fuuinjutsu knowledge in the past. Prime example would be the fight against Pain; where he summoned clones to fight with.
- Spoiler:
Name: Chozou no Jutsu (Storage Technique) Rank: E Type: Fuuinjutsu, Supplementary Range: Close (0m - 5m) Element: N/A Description: A simple jutsu that allows a ninja to seal or unseal any item, mostly weapons, from scrolls or from their body. After forming the necessary handsigns, the ninja will seal the item into a scroll etc. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. The items themselves are unaffected by time. Ninjutsu can also be stored in scrolls, to be released when the scroll is opened. Chakra Cost: 2CP

| Hm though I may be willing to agree, the problem essentially is that once we allow Genin to use E-Rank Fuuin jutsu, then eventually, people will argue that actually D Rank Jutsu aren't that hard either. What about C rank? Surely, those aren't too difficult... and so on. Which makes me reluctant. D: Ask Adam & Amy for their opinion. |

| I must say that I do agree with Chris. Yet at the same time, you hold a good point. If we allow this, then we'd have to make it absolutely clear that it won't apply to any jutsu at D+ rank. |

| Storage Technique should be allowed regardless of speciality, it should hardly be considered Fuuinjutsu. Many shinobi in Naruto used scrolls without specializing in the unique art of Fuuinjutsu. |

| Adam has said it so it is the law. I would like to officially apologize to Enzo for doubting his knowledge. Thank you all for your responses. I will now train in said technique lol. Solved unless Enzo has something to add. |
