Hailey's long hair is always covered by a beanie and she always had wrist bands on her arms. her torn worn blue jeans ,and black skullie tie. Her torn white blouse covered by her black leather jacket zipped up only half way. Her favorite pocket knife hangs by a lonely black ribbon from her waist, and her eyes cold and blue.On her left cheek is her birth mark that she got when she was born in the shape of a crescent . when ever she smiles the crescent birth mark seems to turn a different way. Around her neck hangs a lone pearl held by a silver chain which dangles carelessly.
Her uncaring face could lead people to think differently of her, than how she really is. Hailey seem as though she doesn't care for any one but her self...she seems selfish and hearts less... but she is merely a link to every one she meets. she feels there pain and she cant help but feel bad because of it. It would seem that she uses others emotions to create her own , but that's just how she lives her

Personality: A very emotional girl who would put others safety before her own.A simple girl who would lay her life on the line for her friend no doubt about it. One whom has a dark secret whom she doesn't know about herself. The way her face looks...Un-caring..doesn't ever being to explain how she acts twords her friends ...and very heart felt girl who wouldn't care if she had nothing to live for.
Because she only lived to care for her friends and the people who gave a split second to care what she thought .she only helps those whom can help them selves and she cannot stand those who take her for granted.

History: when she was born she was given a knife to hold as her weapon of defense as she grew older she began to collect more knives in order to build her old one she had to prove that she wouldn't be weak no matter how hard she fell or was beaten she got up with the same uncaring face that she wares so well. The sheer blanket of hate that seems t cover her true feeling keeps her from actually seeing the real world she always wanted t do more with her life since she was left lone.she felt she was greater than most ninja people. she has gotten sick of coming in second and third so she thought it was time for her to come out on top for once in her life.
When her parents died she vowed to kill the ones who poisoned them.But also vowed to keep the rest of her friends and family safe.Ever since then she wont stop talking to her self but it inst her voice talking back to her...in the middle of the night she screams..yelling "no get out!" but again it isn't her voice.being controlled is one thing....but not being able to stop it is something else.
For the last moments of her child hood she trained at the ninja academy...were she improved her Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. she trained harder and longer than any other student but didn't really make and effort to try when it came to actually fighting but some how she wins any way. Her lack of effort proves that se has a while to go before she can take on anyone of higher rank than her.But as she keeps growing she may learn to control whats inside of her and learn why its inside of her in the first place. For the most part se just tries to keep her friends emotions in check.

Description: A small wave of water erupts in front of the user (about 6 feet tall) and crashes down about 7 feet directly in front of them. Although the technique does no real damage, it does deflect projectiles out of the air and can also knock the opponent off their feet if they are caught in the impact.

Description: The user performs a few handseals first, and then inhales thoroughly. Afterwards, Fuuton chakra aids the user to exhale and shoot out small pulses of wind bullets from their mouth. The projectiles are a few inches big and have a light green color. Though they're nothing serious, they can be quite annoying pain, especially when aimed at the face or upper limbs.

Description: The user claps his palms together to generate a very fast gust of wind with a small impact surface. Alone the attack may just be an opening or a sudden mild blow back for an opponent, but in conjunction with midair projectiles, it can give them a sudden burst of flying speed making them very hard to dodge.
