Mission Objective: In recent times, merchants have had trouble getting their goods to the cloud village. This is due to the fact that a group of bandits have hidden out on the road to Kumo, stopping travelers from reaching the village with their goods and money. This works both ways, as the bandits stop anybody on the road leaving Kumo. From eyewitness reports, it seems that the bandits aren’t well armed and seemed malnourished and are committing these crimes out of desperation. However, their desperation may make them considerably more lethal and deadly force is authorized. Bringing back as many of these bandits as possible is encouraged.
