Physical Appearance:Hyuuga,Hizashi has white eyes like all other hyuuga.He has long brown hair and wears his headband over his forehead.His headband is black with the kiri sign on it (Ignore the one on the image).He wears black shoes with his toes comeing out the end of it.He wears net clothes then he wears white pants with a a bandage around it and a green coat with a white waist band over it.The coat usually flows behind him.His skin is normal color.His eye brows are not that big they are brown and are as big as they usually would be.He wears bandages under his pants.He has a black mark on the arm of his coat.

Personality: Hizashi is from the main branch of the hyuuga family.He likes to eat ramen and some times he likes to eat salad he dislikes rain but sadly in the village where it rains alot.He Dislikes people who cant act nice once in a while he dislikes the small houses but likes the beaches in the village.He likes how its distant from some of the other villages.He likes being surrounded by water because water is his favorite thing.

He thinks its weird how his eyes are always white and thinks that they should only turn white when the byakugan activates.He likes being able to see 360 degrees around himself.To him some times he thinks its to easy to fight others since he can see 360 degrees around his body and able to see far away with the byakugan activated.

The gentle fist - The Gentle Fist style of combat is based on palm strikes and generally aims to damage the body's Chakra Pathway System, thus creating difficulty by inhibiting an opponent's use of chakra. To do this, the user will forcefully insert a small amount of their own chakra into an opponent's chakra pathway system. The chakra can then be used to rupture or divert chakra flow, preventing them from using jutsu. Any chakra based substance can be countered/destroyed by using the gentle fist style to force chakra into it. This is done by using the chakra openings in ones hands to shape their own chakra into needles which can cut through chakra itself. It can also be used to attack the opponent's internal organs, to which the chakra pathway system is closely tied. Even the slightest tap from this style can cause major damage, hence the name "gentle fist." Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively. Since the Byakugan is unique to the Hyūga clan, it has become their signature style of combat.

Kekkei Genkai:
The Byakugan is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, a genetic trait, that is shared amongst the members of the Hyūga Clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes. It has two different settings, dormant and activated, both of which take a slightly different appearance from the other form. The normal eye for a Hyuuga clan member differs from a normal human eye. The iris and pupil are barely discernable with both appearing a milky white in color. The pupil itself is larger than a typical humans and it is outlined by a black region. The sclera remains normal except the larger size of the pupil reduces ones ability to view it. Once the eye is fully activated, the hidden iris becomes more apparent. Also when providing blood and chakra for the eyes' bloodline vision, veins will bulge lateral to each eye.

The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra. The second ability is having the ability to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person. This is often determined by both rank and skill. At the genin level it can reach up to 100 meters. At Chunin this increases drastically reaching out to 400 meters. At jounin this goes up even more to 800 meters. A Kage level Hyuuga is capable of seeing up to 2km in all directions. However, the third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. (see Clan Traits above).

By using Byakugan, this technique can be used to hit very small targets, such as bees etc. This is also how the user attacks the chakra systems of the body and can destroy substances made of chakra.

Description: A Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline using the Jyuuken. Kaiten is a special technique passed down through the main family line. Kaiten takes advantage of several of the unique abilities of the Byakugan eye. Byakugan gives the clan member an almost complete 360 degree view of their surroundings. This allows the member to see all angles of attack. If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack.

Description: A Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Rokujuuyonshou is a special technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through 126 strikes. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32 and finally 64. This damage forcibly closes 64 tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu.

Description: A Taijutsu technique unique to the Hyuuga bloodline. Hakke Hyakunijuuhachishou is a variation of Hakke Rokujuuyonshou, a technique passed down through the main family line. When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to make nearly double the normal 126 strikes, striking 254 times against their individual foe or opponents. First the clan member will strike 2 times, then 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and finally 128 times.

Description: The user will emit chakra from their palms and move her arms in sweeping pattern movements to provide a full 360 degree range of protection for her body. This chakra will be also be able to cut through most any target which dares penetrate the protective sphere. By expelling a sharper, stronger and more flexible amount of chakra, they can increase it's effectiveness against more massive incoming objects.

Hyuuga, Hizashi [Kirigakure Genin] (Completed) Hinata

The Hyuuga are one of the oldest and most powerful clans in Konoha, being one of its two great Dojutsu clans. They aided in the founding of the leaf village, though played a much smaller role in its founding then the Senju and Uchiha did. They quickly established a high ranking amongst the ninja squadrons and became well known to all, just the mention of the Byakugan or the name Hyuuga wining an instant air of respect. Their clan is based highly on nobility and even with in itself has its own social structure.

The clan is split into two different families. One being known as the main and the other being the branch. This social division has always been their greatest flaw. The Main family often holds themselves to be higher up and more important then the branch family, and basically the branch is looked down upon like lesser individuals and sometimes even pawns which can be thrown away for the villages sake. To be looked at most appropriately, the Main are the Kings, and the Branch are the peasants. It even goes so far that a destructive seal is placed on the forehead of all Branch family members which can be used to instantly destroy a branch member if they do not follow the orders of the Main family.

In recent times, this wall has begun to get broken down, and the destructive seal is being used less and less. Cooperation is beginning to flourish between the two houses which is leading to prosperous outcomes. It is unknown if this will continue or if it is a momentary laps of peace. It will all come down to the heads of the clan for each generation, and it will be up to them to dictate which path will be taken, segregation, or unity.

Birth Arc:Both of Hizashi's parents are hyuuga and are from the main branch of the hyuuga family.His father was in the same room as his mother when she was giveing birth to Hizashi.It was a bad time for a baby to be born into this world since wars were just starting to break out.When he was born he had a little bit of brown hair and his eyes were white like all hyuuga's eyes.He was adoreable they wraped him up in a blanket after cleaning him.They then took him home while walking home it was nice and sunny out usually it would be raining.They reached home and Hazashi was fast asleep.They placed him into a crib and his parents went to do the normal daily house jobs like washing dishes and cleaning around the house.When they were done Hizashi was awake in his crib there in the crib were some toys and a stuffed bear.They walked in and picked Hizashi up and his bear dropped out of his hand and he started to cry.They picked up the bear and gave it back to him and walked to the table to eat.Both his parents were going to eat rice while they fed Hizashi some baby food.
Academy ArcIn this arc Hizashi is 9 years old in his first year of the Academy.Hizashi was never very good with Ninjutsu so they graded him based upon how good his taijutsu was.The one day they were haveing taijutsu training they had to hit a log over and over till they were tired or until the class period was over.Hizashi would hit the log once and they hit it agein and keep doing that over and over and over.The thing about Hizashi was that he was the only one able to sustain the entire taijutsu training session.They then pulled him aside from normal class to see if he could perform Medical Ninjutsu.By putting a virus on him and then they would see if he could use the Disease Suspension Jutsu to get rid of it.He Succeded in doing that which was good.

Role-Play Sample: Hizashi would put his hands in the right place and activate his byakugan.He then all of a sudden saw a bunch of archers comeing out from the sides of the road.They then shot out arrows at the cargo that needed to be protected.Hizashi would then jump up into the air and start to spin rapidly useing the Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin move makeing all Arrows be deflected or broken.He never came down from the air because the high velocity of his spinning kept him up there.Swordsmen then came down and the arrows stopped comeing.Useing the gentle fist style he would easily dodge the swords and hit his opponants chakra systems makeing there attacks useless.While haveing chakra in his palms he charged it up and used the chakra scalpel move with the gentle fist style.Doing this he could attack both the chakra system and attack the vital organs of the opponants.They all jumped up and slashed at him.He would do the Eight Divination Palms of the Hand, Heavenly Spin agein blowing them all away.126 rouges appeared this was time to do his Eight Divination Signs, Sixty-Four Palms of the Hand technique.They all were in range of his field and while he used this move he would say"2..4..8..16..32..64!" and all of his enemies were defeated.They then walked all the way back to the village with the cargo and a mission complete.

Please remove Chakra scalpel which is widely regarded as a B if not an A rank tech

Genin Arc needs changing. If you read the historys of either Suna or Konoha that exist you will learn no war took place recently. I suggest you change the history accordingly. You may want to read the applicable histories in the Ultimate Conflict forum if you want to know more about the period.

Please add the 3 basic ninjutsu, transformation, clone and replacement. All users are allowed the 7 basic ninja skills even if they dont have Ninjutsu. These can be found in the character creation guide. You must have those 3 at least as they are academy requirements and you needed to have done them to pass out

You history badly needs more structure to it the parts dont link up chronologically and you need to conclude the genin arc with your graduation. Please correct this
