Hello, Ultimate Shinobi.

As many of you have noticed, we have had a sudden influx of members. Due to this, our staff has completely been swarmed with applications to the point that we can no longer manage them all. To remedy this fact, we are now opening our staff up to auditions for those that are interested. You will be put on a 2 week trial and during this time, if we feel that you are doing a wonderful job, you may be offered a position. If not, then we will politely tell you, "No thank you."

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a member that will be active in the creations section of the forum. This includes Character Application and the Custom Registry. For this area, you need to have knowledge of Naruto as well as common sense to participate in this field. We also need staffers that will post often in the lounge as this is where all decisions for the site's growth occur. A staffer must also continue to remain active as an RPer. We know we are looking for a lot, but if you feel like you fit all of the criteria stated above, then please post below with the following template.

Alright, my loves.

So, for the past two weeks, we have had competing trial moderators. Throughout their journey as temporary members of the staff team, they were put to the test on evaluations, character applications, customs as well as their participation in the Staff Lounge.

TopKite, unfortunately had to drop out due to time constraints in life.

Sean [.Karasu] and Brett [Tyden] battled steadily with contributions towards benefiting the site. Sean is a very knowledgeable individual when it comes to Naruto, showcasing this in the applications that he went through. Brett, however, is a very devoted moderator - spending his time with members and staffers alike to bring comfort and smiles. He is full of ideas and holds a positive attitude that brightens one's day.

It is because of his devotion, eagerness, and success during this trial that we have awarded our final position on Staff to Brett as a primary Evaluations Moderator. You have been a wonderful asset to this community and on behalf of the administration, I would like to congratulate you. Please remember to continue with your contributions and suggestions, as they are just as valuable as your presence. Stand by your beliefs and continue to learn our systems.
