The Sakkaku's abilities all formulate around their unique eyes which causes their KKG to be classified as a doujutsu. The eye is always activated in the clan members, and is very tell tale. However it gives not actually indication as to what the eye actually does, it simply distinguishies clan members from other shinobi. The eye is a light grey tint and the blood vessels leading to the center of the eye constantly bulge slightly and have a very deep, dark green hue. The Iris is primarilally an emerald green with a darker ring on the outer rim and flecks of gold,orange, and sandy through out. In the center are two irises that constantly move around each other in an orbit like fashion, one being larger and slightly lighter then the other. In the center of these two iris, is a pinacle of light that shines lightely from with in but gives off no actual light, however it does keep the eye illuminated in a mannerism that keeps them visible even in the dark. While this does make it harder for them to conceal themselves while their eyes are open in the dark, it grants them the ability to see in the dark. Also the dual pupil system in conjunction with increased oxygen flow to the eye granted by the enhanced blood vessel system, they are able to notice far greater detail and process information gained through site at a much faster rate then the normal person. The dual pupil system also grants them a full 180 degree field of vision.

However the capabilites of the Irixigan (Illusion Eye), are much more potent then that, as the name implies. The eye is considered to be on par with the sharingan and Byakugan, although rarer and therefor less famous and well known then the others. Due to the nature of the clan and their antisocial tendancies, they eye is considered to be a myth by most those that have even heard of it. Few have ever actually encountered the Sakkaku or their Irixigan, and fewer still have been shown its powers, and then even fewer still are those who know they have been shown its powers becasue the Irixigan focuses on the art of deception. The eye allows the ninja the ability to control the light around them in way that allow them to make the apperance of something that is not there, be there. This would be considered an optical illusion. In other words, actually creating an image that does not actuall exist, akin to a mirage. However, the depth of the illusions are such that at a whim they can craft images that when viewed at any angle, or even through mirrors or reflected off water etc, still seem tangiable.

The biggest upside to these illusions is that being that are not crafted through a specific targets mind and are a direct result of the fluxation of light, they can not be dispelled through the use of kai. Also, given the simplicity of the nature of this ability, although it can be fairly potent when used in the correct manner, the bulk of the technqiues used through the Irixigan are lower ranking, not requiring much chakra, and also being that the technqiues originate from the eye, do not require hand signs to cast. The skill that comes into play with these techniques at a higher level mostly has to do with the know how of how to properly utilize these abilities as the down sides make for a tricky combination. Also being that it originates directly from the eye itself, the range of all their techniques are as far as their eye can see.

Being that they are a direct result of fluxation of light and not a hallucenogenic effect from ones mind, they do not have their own sounds, texture, "substance", or scent. The learned member of this clan knows how to manage these major drawbacks so that the illusions are not completely useless and remain believeable, but to do so takes true time and effort. More advanced members are also able to use their illusions as focuses for certain true genjutsu which in certain cases also make their optical illusions also seem more real. With this clan it is truely not about the power itself, but its application, because in the hands of a novice or in harsher words, idiot, it is entirely useless. But to a master shinobi, it could possibly be one of the deadliest tools in ones arsenal.

History: The Sakkaku are an old clan, and not much is known about them to the world outside their small troupes which travel the countrysides. However, with in their caravans, many stories are told some legend, some history, many with blurred lines between the two. It is unknown how exactly their eye came to be, or at what point in which it evolved as a part of the ninja, but the foundation of the clan is general knowledge among their people He was known as Lord Hotoke, once a priest at the temple in Fire country. He wound up leaving after some time to search for a path away from others, only he wound up picking up followers when he realized there were others with his inert gift to craft illusions with the strange eye which he had dubbed the Irixigan. The majority of these were found near the star village.

Initially they got off well as a clan, finally being among others that understood their power and were able to compare notes and further their techniques a great deal, make them all much more capable in their art. A large stockpile of techniques were crafted and stowed away. However, after a year or so, a great deal of scuffle began to occur and it appeared that the clan was on the verge of collapsing on itself in a power struggle. So with one last act as their leader, Hotoke disbanded the tribe into various caravans. They could keep in touch with each other and communicate but never create a dwelling with each other. All agreed and they seperated, becoming gypsies, one small family to a caravan. Some even joined the shinobi villages when they began to spring up, but true to the only law of their clan, only one family could take up an oath with any one nation, thus creating a new sense of tension among the members.

Natural illusions, especially optical illusions, are available to everyone. Your eye really only grants you vision in the dark, and 180° sight. The vision in the dark could easily be a ninjutsu; while the 180° is not that much of an advantage over a normal human's 140° vision. Sorry, but as original as it is; it doesn't bring anything unique. Sorry, but denied due to lack of unique concepts.

So then would I be correct in assuming that I could utilize the ninjutsu I made for this clan for my character regardless. Obvioulsy still needing to be modded of course, but abilities are still usable correct?

provided these "ninjutsu" were Genjutsu, which is what they are. Also, you can't use 2 jutsu at once, which happens in a few of your jutsu. Like the Kunai one, and the tiger for instance.

Noted, I still have ways of making it happen, just makes it a bit more complicated, but no worries. Complicated is better in my experience. Thank you very much for at least lookin at it swiftly. It is appreciated.
